Been here so many times. I would say that the Ralph’s discount only works less than half the time. Today put in the info at the pump. Got a prompt to pay inside. My son paid inside. No Ralph’s discount. I went in to ask why, since we put the number in at the pump. Clerk said that we also had to tell them inside. I asked him if he had asked my son about having a Ralph’s card or if there was a prompt somewhere and he said, «No, we don’t have to.» Asked him to reset the pump and rerun my credit card and he wouldn’t do that since my son had already started pumping gas. I feel like he took advantage of my son and really cheated us out of 20 cent per gallon. I know that that isn’t much but it is the principle. It is extremely poor customer service, and not the way to treat residents in our insular community. I left with a very negative feeling and will have to be running on fumes before I will return.

well i hope you are sitting down this shell gas station. makes there own laws on foothill blvd.
if you can fill up your car and a can of gas if you are a minor .
but if you are under 18 and you want to buy can of oil they say no
but the auto parts store will sell you a can of oil. maybe they think the minor is going to sell it on e bay or _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​o maybe the staff should no that there is oil in the gas they sale.

8 pumps. Food mart available. If you have a Ralph’s card, you earn points towards lower gas price. You can save up to 0.20 per gallon!

It’s one of the cheapest in the area. There are crowded hours. Currently their store is under renovation but the window is open 24 hours. Wish there were more gas stalls. Overall it is my go to gas station because unlike other gas stations in LA, I don’t get the feeling that they are mixing their petroleum with water. Get a shell rewards card and it’s always 3 cents off per gallon!

My go to gas station, usually busy in the morning and after work. I also by my lotto tickets here lol (not so lucky). Nothing really special, I just like that I can use my Ralphs rewards here and get 20 cents off.

It is just a gas station. As long as it doesn’t look shady looking.

The only gas station available for miles on Foothill. When it’s about 1:00am in the morning, glad it’s open as I trek back to West LA.

best shell in the area. I never really understood the staff but hey they get the job done!

Overcharge by the gallon? My car, according to the manual, holds exactly 15.7gallons but somehow I managed to fill up exactly 16gallons at this shell station, I think they are doing something shady here, two stars because shell gas in general is my favorite.

The staff is extremely unenergetic and unfriendly. They are also unhelpful, so much in fact that when asking where an item was, I was told to go «find it myself» and «not to bother them». Gas prices are also cheaper by a slight edge just up the street with 76.

Love the Ralph’s Rewards perks to earn Fuel Points, although it is discontinued now. Made me want to be a loyal Ralphs & Shell shopper. Good hot chocolate, but prices not labeled, thought it would be the same price as coffee, but about 50 cents more. Good gas station, fair prices.

Although my usual gas station is the Foothill 76, merely due to the fact it is on the way to most places where I’m going. At times, I’ll drive a half mile more to Shell.
I like this gas station because its huge… lots of pumps, clean, and open later than most gas stations in La Crescenta. I believe the town thinks everyone is asleep by 10pm… lol
What more can I possibly say about a gas station??? Geez… it must have been utterly boring to read about this. I apologize. :)
