Established in 2010.

After working as as a Trust Administrator for Wells Fargo, N.A., Vanessa realized how a poorly drafted trust can ruin a family’s fortune and more importantly their relationships. Vanessa pursued her own practice specializing in estate and tax planning as well as trust administration in 2010.

In 2014, after 7 years as a principal at one of the largest law firms in Glendale, Edward merged his practice with Vanessa’s, adding related legal services in business and real estate law, including litigation.

As residents of La Canada Flintridge and proud parents of two wonderful children, we understand the importance of planning for your family’s financial security and well being.

Vanessa began her legal career as a Trust Administrator for Wells Fargo, N.A. After witnessing first hand the importance of proper planning, Vanessa pursued her own estate planning practice in 2010, and has helped families through her expertise in estate and tax planning, asset protection, elder law, kids protection planning, probate and trust administration. Vanessa has served as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Law School and has recently been named a Top Attorney by Pasadena Magazine and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

My spouse and I met with Vanessa to create trusts for our 3 children, a task we had been putting off for at least 5 years feeling overwhelmed by what we thought we’d have to do; but Vanessa made it enormously simple for us. Worksheet to help us identify all our assets, asking questions to walk us through options, talking about upside/​downsides and relaying her experience with other clients in similar situations to help us decide which way we wanted to set things up.
She was patient, VERY knowledgeable and we felt like a HUGE weight off our shoulders when we left. We both feel great knowing Vanessa and her firm is there for us when we need them.

I was in a bind and needed help with a business transaction. I needed an attorney to help me review and revise a purchase contract. I found Terzian Law Partners online and decided to call them and interview them to get a feel.
I was transferred to Ed by a very courteous receptionist (I assume). Ed was very friendly and a great listener. He explained everything in lay-​mans terms and told me the different options we could take. After speaking to 2 other firms, I felt most comfortable with this firm.
Along the entire process, Ed was very understanding of my needs and did everything in his power to protect me while working to get the deal done. He was available most hours of the day, which I really appreciated.

After we had our first daughter and bought a house, we felt like it was time to think about getting an estate plan in place for our family.
