Mickey Parseghian – Wells Fargo

Mickey has been doing loans for our family for over 20 years and we would never go anywhere else. He knows all the ins and outs of the loan business and is able to get us loans that no one else even considered giving us. He’s able to get us the lowest rates with the least amount of headache. If I wanted to do all the paperwork myself I wouldn’t go to a loan agent hence I go to Mickey so he and his staff can handle all that for me.

We have been working with Mickey for over 15 years and have gotten numerous loans through him over the years. We have always found him and his staff to be extremely helpful and always professional. He has found loans for us that no one else could. Everyone I have referred him to always thanks me for the referral. He always finds the best rates and you can be sure he will do all he can to get you the best loan for your situation. I applied for a loan with Mickey Paraeghian at Wells Fargo. I never had such a good service. Mickey and his staff delivered on everything they promised me and more. The professionalism is second to none. I would definitely recommend Mickey to all my friends and family.

I don’t know why this says his Fax but the address is correct at 555 foothill. He used to work for countrywide when I got my loan. Now he moved to another bank, Wells Fargo. This guy does not give the best loan. A few of my friends when to him, too before I found out what he did to my loan and then it was too late for my friends, too. They started the process, too. At least they did not get it that bad because they knew what to look for. He said there are «no fees» to me verbally and then 3 days later when he gave the paperwork, he put $ 1000 fees for the bank or loan guy. It was very small fine print so I did not notice it then to stop the loan before it started. I saw this weeks later and it was too late. When I was signing the final documents I did not want to back out. He knows this. He has been in this business for 10 – 20 years, knows every trick in the book. Used to work for Washington mutual in Pasadena about year 2000. Anyway, tricks you, puts fees, then too late when you find out. when you complain to the bank, he says somebody else did it and then every so many months or weeks fires the assistant so the guy/​girl gets all the blame and does not work there anymore. Don’t get any loans, refinancing from him. No bank should work with him. Stay Away. On top of all that, he does NOT give good rates.
