By far the best pizza ever!!! Has that homemade fresh taste. Every one who works there is so nice! Don’t get pizza anywhere else but here

Best pizza and casual italian east of LA. We ordered zucchini, small caesar, garlic balls, and a pizza. We had lots to take home. They have a good solid wine list, backed up by generous pours. We’ll be back!

Two stars because the pie here really just doesn’t cut it for the price. An 18″ XL premium pie with all the toppings was $ 28. I expect greatness in this price territory. What I got was on par with hospital food. Not bad, but not that great either. Ingredient quality needs a BIG upgrade.
On the bright side, the cashier was very nice, which is in contrast with other reviews. I won’t be back though…

My friend and I walked from work down the street to try this place out. Since we are new to the area, we figured, let’s get to know the neighborhood. Well, we either picked the wrong day to do it or the wrong pizzeria, more on that later.
The pizza by the slice were good. It’s what you’d expect from a family-​run pizza place. The crusts were done right. Overall, I’d recommend this place anytime!
Now, regarding the «wrong day» to be local, we were not treated nicely, perhaps because we are not regulars. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and my friend did the same, we both ordered sodas and got our order delivered to our table outside by a very unfriendly lady. I don’t want to play the race card, but could it be that we were a couple of Asian dudes hanging in the wrong white neighborhood? I sure hope not but that’s what it felt like. When we asked if we can refill our soda, the lady at the counter simply pointed at the soda fountain (behind the counter, behind her) motioning us to get our own refill. I am probably over reacting to their normal ways but it did seem a bit off that day.
Nevertheless, we returned 3 other times during the month and never bothered for a refill so we don’t know if that one day was a fluke.
But the Pizza is very good here and the price, very reasonable.

Got the door hanger, which introduced us to Giusepe’s. Thought we’d give them a try.
Unfortunately, there was no one to answer the phone after six attemmpts (8:00−8:24). I understand that no one wants to cook an order after 8pm when you close at 9pm, but say that on your website or your door hanger, so no one wastes time thinking you will deliver.

I’ve had many pizza places in the Pasadena/​Arcadia/​La Canada area but Giuseppe’s is hands down the best. Great customer service, attention to detail, and amazing food. Highly recommend the lunch special if you’re hungry and looking for a great meal.

I’ve had their pizza and salads a number of times and most times it’s pretty good. The chopped salad is my favorite, but this last time we ordered, they were not good at all. Mostly lettuce. I had my chopped with no salami, but there was little else in the salad, they didn’t put in extra anything, and it was really boring. My bruschetta arrived with the bread not even toasted. Very disappointing. I don’t want to spend money on food like this.

Terrible customer service. Very disorganized operation. I won’t be back.
I called in a pick-​up order and was told that it would be ready in 30 – 45 minutes. I arrived in 40 minutes and was told it would be just a few more minutes. After waiting 15 min, I asked how much longer and was shocked when they said that they were very busy and it would be a while longer. They then admitted that they hadn’t made my pizza or put it in the oven yet! Why was I not told this when I arrived? I told them to forget it and left.

It is super for what it is, a take out Italian restaurant. I’ve only had the pizza so far, but it is great and the large two-​topping special is a solid deal.

Came here on a whim because we were hungry and it was the only place open. Ordered a large pizza and had to wait a pretty long time for it… about 25 minutes. To be fair it seemed pretty busy, it was raining outside and a lot of people order pizza on nights like that. We ended up bringing the pizza home since there isn’t much room to eat in the locale. The drive home was tortuous since it smelled so good. The pizza was so delicious the long wait didn’t make a difference in the end. The pizza dough is perfect and the toppings taste fresh and high-​quality. I’d wait again for pizza that good!!!
Edit: Have been here multiple times since and not all pizzas have been as good as our first. Will give them 4 stars instead of 5 but would still recommend!

Great deal for a large single topping pizza during this time of review. 8 bucks!
The crust is really light and airy, makes you feel less guilty about eating that extra slice. The tomato sauce they use is really nice and light as well.
The take out branch really lacks in service… so, as long as youre just picking up an order, it should be fine. This is not really a dine-​in type of place, so dont expect the stuff youd usually see, like… utensils and napkins.

This is the «take out» location for Giuseppes and I think I actually like the pizza here better… we get the take out special for $ 7.99, add a bunch of toppings and also get a salad, usually comes to $ 20.
It’s fast, good and cheap… the tri-​fecta!

Great pizza, especially for a gluten free crust. I haven’t really had a gluten free crust as tasty. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were all good as well. The employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

I tried their special for $ 7.99 (lg pizza, 2 toppings) It was better than I was hoping for, actually. I work nearby and will becoming back for sure.

This is the «other» location of the one in Montrose. This place is more take out and delivery with only two small tables in a small waiting area. You can stop by and buy a slice if you are really in a hurry.
They have more than pizzas — salads, pasta, etc.
Great pizza at super prices. Two topping large pizza for $ 7.99. The crust is light and not doughy like other places along Foothill (you know who you are). Pizza Hut no more for me.
Their ingredients are very good. Frequently, people complain of heartburn with sausage or pepperoni pizzas. Not here. Less fat in the toppings is my guess. They have gluten-​free pizzas.
They are fast. They say 15 minutes and pow, it is there.
Parking lots are OK, now that Los Gringos moved to another location.
