Excellent care and a friendly staff. Nearly no waiting and they took great care of me, The facility is lovely and well kept. A really wonderful experience all the way around!

I will never come back to this place. Im very disappointed. What a waste of time and money!
I waited almost an hour to see a doctor. Finally someone came to the room and it was a physician assistant, NOT a Doctor, he looked sleepy. He was only there for less than a minute. I cant remember his name, had Armenian accent, a dark blue uniform, kind of heavy and a very thick glasses. I told him how I felt and he replied I dont know what you have you should go see your primary doctor or go to ER. Im very Disappointed!

I had a great experience at this Urgent Care location last week. The staff was courteous, respectful, and very attentive to every request. The location itself is beautiful, and the lobby area provides a clean and peaceful waiting location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Glendale/​La Crescenta/​La Canada area looking for quality care, backed by a world-​class provider, Adventist Health.

This urgent care is amazing ! I got seen less than 30 minutes, the from reps are really nice and make you feel really comfortable! Pretty much all the employees here make you feel welcomed. It is very clean and organized (:

I’ve never had an urgent care visit so quick before. The staff is super friendly. I walked in and Selena, who is very courteous and nice, checked me in. I waited no less than five minutes. As I got checked in, the back office staff was very nice and helpful. Jessica helped me in a room took my vitals and was just pleasant. The physician asked me what was wrong and was very comforting and certain about my sinus infection. As I walked out, Greg and Ryan made sure I was good and all set and asked me if I needed anything else. This facility has an awesome healthcare team! Would recommend this place to everyone !

We were very pleased with our visit here. From the receptionist, Selena, to the Medical Assistant Kellie, to Dr. Bera.
Everybody was very helpful, welcoming, and courteous. Very clean facility. The staff was very knowledgeable and solved my son’s issue better than a specialty doctor would have.
Highly recommend this location for anybody needing quick, professional medical service.

This post is my experience at Adventist Urgent Care. I called ahead before the weekend and asked if they could provide me a prescription for zofran as I was suffering from nausea and could not see my doctor until early monday morning. The woman on the phone said there was no wait and to come in. I sat waiting in an empty waiting room for nearly 20 minutes before I approached the front desk and repeated that I wasn’t able to keep food or water down for several days and was beginning to feel light headed. They then ushered me into a back room where I waited alone with my daughter for nearly 45 minutes. I began to panic and began looking around the empty facility. A nurse with zero empathy or bedside manner repeated that the doctor was busy and there was no one else to see me. A manager also appeared and directed me to continue to wait. I began to cry, the nausea was crippling and my one year old daughter was not handling the small confinement well. I could see the doctor was on the computer in the small room next to where I was waiting. His name was Marc Judd and when I began to beg the staff for someone to see me, he approached me and a chill of terror ran down my spine. Marc Judd’s eyes were so cold, so lifeless and uncaring to my pleas I regretted ever setting foot inside the building. It is no exaggeration to say he reminded me 100% of a sadist who actually enjoyed watching me suffer. It was another 20 minutes before he came into my small examining room and I was so scared, I asked him to leave the door open. He mumbled something about patient confidentiality and CLOSED THE DOOR. The treatment I was received was lifeless, zero care or bedside manner was shown to me. The whole experience was devoid of compassion or care. I finally received one tablet of ondenestron and a rx nearly 90 minutes after I arrived. Women, do not visit this place. Mothers, do not bring your daughters to someone with zero regard for womens care. There was a manager type gentleman who tried repeatedly to talk down to me and have me wait longer. My experience leads me to believe the individuals I came in contact with are a threat to the safety of the patients who unwisely choose to visit this place.

From start to finish I was impressed! The check in staff Maria and susie were very polite, professional and courteous. Check in was quick and smooth. I feel like I selected the best possible location and staff. I have a new appreciation for my new provider. One of the most enjoyable doctors visit in many years. Greg who checked my temp, blood pressure, Etc. was very kind and helpful keeping a positive energy and attitude when I’m feeling like complete crap. As for the doctor, Dr. Gen is amazing!!! He was very knowledgable of my condition, and shows extreme amount of interest and concern. I’ve been with Kaiser for years and Normally a doctors visit takes me hours, and the doctor is very dry. But here I was in and out under an hour. The organization keeps the production here run awesome! I’m definitely coming back. Thank you!

Their waiting room is beautiful, which is nice because you will be sitting there a looooong time. You will be bumped by any appointments and they often have only one doctor on staff! Once you actually meet with a doctor, they are competent but rushed… for very obvious reasons. Very, very understaffed.
Nice to have a walk-​in care clinic with later hours in the area (CVS’s Minute Clinic is a joke) but do NOT expect «urgent» care.

Walked in with injury around noon time, they hold me back and let 3 patient before me supposedly with appointments, why they named urgent care if walkins have to wait for 2 hours with immediate needs.
Facility was nice and front desk lady nurse was super nice. May visit again if I can make appointments ahead of time.
Got sick with flu after being there, so I guess it’s contaminated area.
Billing mistakes, charge wrong accounts and headaches for me to run after insurance to correct those.

This urgent care will NOT treat you. I had flu-​like symtom and they would just prescribe tylenol. Obviously, i didn’t get any better… I had to go to ER to get treated correctly. If urgent care is to relieve volume of ER, what is the point of urgent care if they can’t treat the patient properly? GAMC! Do not mess with patient’s health for money!!!

I am between doctors and came down with a nasty cold that was not going away. The staff was very nice and efficient — they had me fill out paperwork and then I waited about 5 minutes before being taken in. Dr. Judd was professional and very helpful — a terrific experience and nice addition to the neighborhood.

This facility is very clean and I like that they use technology to check in. However, they are not the place to go with very young children. We brought our son here for a rash behind his ears on a weekend.
The girl at the front desk whispered, «Our doctors aren’t comfortable working on babies.»
I asked, «Why not?»
She replied, «They don’t have the tools necessary to look at babies.»
I said, «It’s his skin. They just have to look at it. He’s not sick.»
She said, «We have to be careful with newborns, though. You have to take him to the ER.»
I said, «He’s not a newborn. He’s four and a half months old.»
She said, «We don’t take anyone under two years old.»
She decided to ask the doctors if any of them were willing to look at our son. She came back and told us, «I guess one of the doctors can see him.»
The wait was two and a half hours, so we left and went somewhere else. They weren’t very confident in their knowledge about babies.

Awesome place! Came here because minute clinic at CVS wasn’t open yet and IM SO PLEASED! Gorgeous facility and very nice staff. Exam rooms are large and beautiful and state of the art.
No wait and option to check in online too. Co-​pay was $ 30 after insurance. Goodbye CVS Minute clinic with its two hour waits to be examined in a closet with an over worked nurse practitioner. Happy to find this place.

Honestly this was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My son was sick with strep throat and the doctor was able to see and diagnose him in a very short amount of time. The doctor (Dimitri) was very thorough and genuinely caring. They took a swab and tested him positive in 10 minutes!
Emailed the prescription to the pharmacy and I was on my way. The office was clean, the staff polite, and efficient. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was very impressed. This was better than I ever expected and deserved some praise. I will definitely be back.

Quicke checkup for my kid. Staff are all very courteous & professional. Service is timely. Facility & equipments are up to date. Very helpful.
I dont mind the drive coming here.

Went in a few days ago to have a TB test done and every one there was super nice and friendly. The wait wasn’t that long considering there were a few people a head of me, but once I was called in, the test was done quickly.
This place is super clean and everything is new, which made me feel more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would definitely be going back for anything else I may need in the future.

Took my 6 year old son yesterday who had been suffering from a fever and bad cough for the past 5 days. I will say, the nurse that saw him seemed great and very thorough. She took her time and checked him more thoroughly then the doctor. I really liked her.
So then the doctor walks in. He seemed very young and probably not very experienced. He seemed to be running through a checklist in his head since he was asking us what his symptoms were and then asked if he has had a fever. He quickly caught himself and skipped that question and asked something else. We were there for a fever (I had already told him that) and the nurse had already confirmed he had a fever when she took his temperature. Then, he proceeds to exam my son and says he can’t find anything wrong. He says the rule is to see a doctor if he has a fever over 5 days. Then he realizes his mistake again and says, «guess this visit counts as seeing a doctor.» He then changes it and says give it 7 – 10 days and if it doesn’t resolve, go see his pediatrician.
After we left, my son’s fever actually went up and I wasn’t very satisfied with that doctor so this morning we made an appt with his pediatrician. Thankfully we didn’t wait. My son has pneumonia and an ear infection. I suppose it’s arguably possible the ear infection wasn’t developed enough for him to see it yesterday and was only visible today, but the same can’t be said for the pneumonia. That doctor completely missed it.
I only write this review so Dr. Chen (not sure of the spelling) can hopefully see this and be a little more careful in his examinations so another child won’t leave his clinic with a missed diagnosis of pneumonia.

Short waits… Very clean as its brand new… the staff is super friendly and Dr Judd is friendly, knowledgeable, and great to communicate with.
Highly recommend this and have used them three times now with zero bad experiences… all five stars baby!

This is a brand new Urgent Care Facility that just opened. It is gorgeous inside and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
They treat minor emergencies and illnesses like:
Colds, coughs, sore throats
Infections
Broken bones
Burns
Eye infections
Flu symptoms
Sprains and strains
Stitches
UT infections
They also take care of preventative care exams like;
Annual exams
Physicals
Immunizations
Flu shots
They take most insurance and you can just walk-​in. It is much faster than an ER and less expensive.
Quite honestly I am so happy I don’t have to drive down to Glendale or Pasadena to Urgent Care if I have a minor emergency.
