Terrible experience they couldn’t complete a simple battery test without screwing that up. I will not go back.

So last night around 10/11pm I did a last minute stop at Walmart for an air mattress to bring with me to Mexico City. Tonight as I’m getting ready for bed I open my box(which I didn’t realize was taped shut with clear tape) I begin to use the machine provided to air my mattress up. BIGPROBLEM! There is a huge rip in the Seam and brown tape on it. Wal-Mart just sold me a used, ripped mattress. I have no where to sleep other than a concrete floor. I am in Mexico with no car and no receipt to even attempt to find a Wal-Mart near by. BEYONDLIVID! Thank goodness for wifi I Expect a full refund and will definitely NOTEVER rely on any wal-marts for last minute purchases of any kind!

Do NOT get your car serviced here for any kind of service even an oil change. The staff who work in the tire & lube area are shady as hell. They lie about a lot things and give you the runaround. Avoid this place like the plague!

It’s Walmart. Fairly new, so the carts aren’t all jacked up yet. Most of the staff is friendly and will acknowledge your presence. Like most other places, the stocking and facing crew is incompetent. Things are placed in the wrong slot quite frequently. Checkout folks don’t know how to properly fill reusable bags.

Do NOT get your car serviced here. I got my oil changed which should have come with vacuuming and a fill on my tires. Neither were done. My boyfriend went the next day. Oil was changed and they claimed they would check his tires and patch anything that needed attending to. The alert on his truck never went away with the Low Tire Pressure message. We came back and saw a screw in the tire. They made us wait two hours to be seen. Then came over and said it would be another hour. We left to come back first thing in the morning. We went back, and they’ve said it will be two hours. We were the first customers. Absolutely abysmal customer service as well. Some«manager» had an enormous attitude with us yesterday. I can’t believe a company could be so terrible.

Wife tried to return something today that she had a receipt for; and they said she could only have store credit! She was told they have a fifteen day refund policy and because it was purchased on Black Friday she could only have store credit. Anything bought more than fifteen days before Christmas isn’t going to be returned within 15 days. What a terrible policy! It’s Christmas! Stuff gets returned! Are you new to retail!!! Guess what, taking my business elsewhere after we go through this store credit. Hope you go out of business.

We went to this Wal-Mart for Black Friday on Thanksgiving Day. This is a family tradition so we were looking forward to checking out the sales and getting in line for the TV’s we wanted this year. We have done this for the last 20+ years so we know exactly how it works each year. Well this year it did not work at all. This is a new Wal-Mart so maybe some of the things that happened can be attributed to being new but the list of things that were wrong is just too long. From the time we got to Wal-Mart the issues started. When we ask where the line was for the TV we wanted we were told«oh were not doing lines this year»! Seriously? We could not find the balloon with our TV listed so we ask several employees who sent us to 6 different locations. We ask at the Info booth only to be told that they did not have the TVs we wanted. We tracked down a manager who told us he would look into it so we stayed where we were until her came back and he sent us to the garden center to stand in line. For three hours we over heard managers on the warlike talkie saying that there were no TV’s, only 2 of that brand, only 24 of the brand, that they did not have the wrist bands, that there would not be wrist bands, that maybe they might have to print off forms so we could pay for TV and pick it up outside, in the rain. Because of all the confusion with all the staff we could not leave the line to get in other lines for other sales nor could we get to the palettes in the center isles before the products were all gone. Our TV print outs did not get done until almost 6:30 so everything else was gone. We could tell that that there were a lot of staff there that were holiday staff so they definitely did not know what was going on but that also included the full time staff. Every full time person told us they did not know what was going on, no one told them, they knew nothing about the balloons, etc. This was the biggest mess we have ever seen. Some of the people we talked to were Cliff, Sidney, Ann Marie, Kristina, and on and on. They lost a lot of revenue that night because of the untrained staff.

I have tried to have pictures printed at this Wal-Mart on a handful of occasions and each time my order was either wrong, they were having technical problems and couldn’t print my photos or I couldn’t find an associate to even give me my pictures once they texted me letting me know they were ready. I will NEVER have photos printed at Wal-Mart again.

Walmart has arrived in kyle . I like the way this store is laid out the isles seems to be wider the special breads are on displays on a wall of there own .and place was clean and tidy every else is much the same as any other wallyworld except for the staff who were much more friendly and knowledgeable then other stores, perhaps as a result of being new employees . hope it keeps up

My two stars are for the poor visibility of their signage. COMEON! You are WALMART. If I didn’t live in Kyle I would not know to look behind Popeye’s for Walmart. The sign is very small. Look at the HEB-Plus sign, the Target sign, and even Lowe’s. If you build it, they will come– IF they know it is there.

It’s Wally World. In Boomtown Kyle. They have shopping carts the length of freight trains that hold twelve screaming children at once plus groceries. Perfect for Breeders Cup contestants. They have two feet of Asian foods, but an entire aisle of Hispanic foods. This discriminates against my diet. At least the shopping carts are new and the Arm & Hammer is fresh. And the store manager is a very nice gentleman named Mike who helped me find their miniscule Asian food section. I’ve never met a nicer Walmart store manager. And they have plastic bags. Glorious plastic bags. What. More. Could. You. Want. From. Life.
