I moved to the area about 2 ½ yrs ago and went to a few different local salons looking for a good stylist with no success. It was very frustrating and I had a perma bad hair do for a while b/​c of bad experience after bad experience. I found Rebecca Pedroza the lead stylist of Ultimate Image about a year ago and she is fabulous! She takes her time and gets to know your hair and your styling preferences in order to make recommendations that work for you. She will always make time for you even when you call last minute. She has stayed late for me a couple times when I have asked and she has offered to schedule me on Sundays when they aren’t even open to accomodate my schedule. The best part is how reasonable her prices are! And big bonus she is a one stop shop b/​c she does eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, mani/pedis…and I’m sure more. I highly recommend giving Rebecca a call. I’m guessing the bad review before mine was when the shop changed ownership for a second and Rebecca left. I went there after she was gone one time and it was terrible but she is back again and I am very happy customer again! Infact she cuts both my sisters hair and my moms hair (who comes in from D/​FW) and we all love her!

This salon… is awful I really can’t speak for the nail part of it because all I got done was my hair but it was enough for me to never come back! I showed the stylist the low lights I wanted and she ruined my hair completely! She had 5 hours to do it and she rushed at the very end and they came out horrible now I have 3 different colors in my hair and the worst part is she left me BALD SPOTS and didn’t even tell me. Then after she as done she told me she didn’t do the back under layer because I told her it was my natural color and it wasn’t! I told her my hair wasn’t it’s natural color I don’t know how many times. For 130 this was a compleat disaster and I will
never come back!!!
