An amazing management staff makes a huge difference in the apartment world. As someone who has rented at quite a few complexes and has experienced the best, meaning worst, that the Austin area has to offer, I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to finally find a genuine, competent team.
Moving into any apartment complex is is a testing period to see how the staff handles your maintenance requests and your general «so…just moved in… can I ask you this random question that you probably already explained.?» Why yes I can and the staff handles all questions presented to them with professional courtesy. They care! It is so rare I just cannot get over it. They know my name and greet me whenever I go into the office for a package or drop off the rent check.
The complex also is up to date technology wise. State of the art gym, clubhouse, pool cabana areas with TVs. The mail area has a monitor that will tell you if there is a package waiting in the office for you if you did not happen to see their email informing you. Gates that actually work. A cute little business center with scanner/​printer. Social network site just for the Green at Plum Creek residents so you can get to know your neighbors. They also have an online portal for you to submit your maintenance requests, check or pay your rent online, etc.
The complex at the time of this review is brand new so is up to date with finishes in the apartments. Stainless steel appliances, washer/​dryer in unit, large doorways, tall ceilings, wooden blinds, granite counter tops, and wide balconies that you can actually use. You can also tell the management team maintains the beauty of the common areas so everyone can enjoy them!
The management staff here are the best I have had the pleasure of renting from and I hope they stick around to keep the property beautiful and the apartments as welcoming as the day I signed the lease.
