Attorneys Colin McFerrin and Ash Zayed founded the law firm of McFerrin & Zayed, PLLC in December 2013. When choosing an office location, both Ash and Colin decided upon Kyle, Texas because of its proximity to San Marcos and Austin.

Early in law school, Ash developed a passion for the study of criminal law. It is this passion that led Ash to focus his practice primarily on criminal defense representation. I highly recommend this firm. They represent me on a traffic ticket. I live in Dallas and it was very hard for me to make it to the Court pre trials. These guys were awesome. While living in Kyle for 2 years, I incurred a couple traffic violations. I moved to Boston (forgetting to pay both of them), and was surprised to see a bench warrant and a bill for over $ 2,000 show up in my mailbox months later.
I called these guys up, and within weeks they had all convictions dropped and my bill reduced to only $ 380.
10⁄10 would let them represent me again.

I had a couple of tickets that needed to stay off my record. Ash was able to do exactly that, at a very reasonable rate, and really went the extra mile for me… Things got a little messy with not understanding both ticket payments were due at different times, but Ash was able to work it out and keep the same deal and have both due at the same time with no repercussions. Extra mile.
