The Best Florist! I have used them several times to send flowers and I’ve received flowers from here as well. The flowers are always very fresh, beautiful, and long lasting. The ladies in the shop are easy to talk to both in person and over the phone and helped me decide on the right arrangement for the occasion (I’ve done funeral, birthdays, Valentine’s, Mothers Day), and delivery was surprisingly quick. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a small arrangement for my sister-​in-​law. I placed the order online on Sunday night and asked for them to be delivered on Tuesday. I got a confirmation number, printed out the receipt, and didn’t think much about it. At 5:15 PM on Tuesday, my card still hadn’t been charged and my in-​laws hadn’t mentioned getting them, so I called them. They said that my order «never printed out.» Apparently another company processes the orders (?) and then gives it to them, and then they charge your card once they get the order. They said that they had PUT their internet down for the weekend, and «you know, it was Valentine’s weekend.» I responded that I had purposely waited for the end of the weekend but still made the order more than a day in advance of the delivery to try and avoid this problem. They told me that it wasn’t their fault and that «computers aren’t perfect.» Not sure how this is a valid excuse if THEY’RE the ones that turned off their internet like they said. I offered to give them my confirmation number multiple times, but they ignored that and instead kept asking me to repeat my sister-in-law’s name over and over again. Miraculously, they found the order after 10 minutes of me explaining what I ordered and who it was for. They DID make sure it was delivered this evening and the flowers look decent, but be prepared for a game of ring-​around-​the-​rosie if you choose to order with them.

The delivery of my flowers had to be delayed due to severe weather conditions. When the flowers did arrive they were gorgeous and my mother was very pleased. I highly recommend this florist. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and just an all around good guy to do business with.

Lady was polite when I walked in but the shop is really small and not much selection. The flowers that were there looked old. They don’t have anything there where you could make an order for the same day. Never had a delivery from them but I’ve heard bad stories from my neighbors

Poor business practice. Someone ordered Mother’s Day flowers for me. Yes, it’s Monday and I still have no idea who. I worked all day Saturday until 7 and I can’t get or make phone calls. I got 2 calls from some delivery guy telling me he was waiting for me and then that he had dropped the flowers at the office of the manager. The manager leaves at 5, again I didn’t get off till 7 and the office is closed all day Sunday! I have tried to call the florist and delivery guy repeatedly with no answer nor call back. Take your business elsewhere!

Yesterday was my second experience to do business with Lutrick’s Florist. They are truly Remarkable… what else can I say? I was delighted the first time, and equally Delighted yesterday. Once you have had the BEST, there is little need to look elsewhere. If you need a Florist, this is the best one I know of in the Kyle area.

Maybe it is just me, but the woman on the phone is rude. I called twice about flowers not being delivered and and she kept saying ‘Hon’ they were delivered. Very short with me and I was the customer.

What a wonderful mother/​daughter florist in Kyle! They did the most beautiful arrangement of roses I have ever seen!!! They are located across from Plum Creek in a strip mall, kind of hard to find but worth the trip to find them!!!
