Kyle Police Dept

Very disappointed with my own city that I was born and raised in! My father was assaulted and rear ended In Travis county and was knocked unconscious, his coworker drove him to the Kyle hospital. (where I am currently in the ER) I called APD (who will not take a assault report out of Travis county) they mentioned that the Kyle police could do a courtesy report «if they wanted to, but that it was possible for them to do so» I was transferred to kyle police where I was told that a police officer would come to kyle seton. Then I got a phone call 5 minutes later from Misty who answers the police calls notifying me that a police could not make the call.
I called again 25 minutes later requesting a reason why an officer could not file a courtesy report for Travis county. I was told I would receive a call from an officer Jones.
Within 5 minutes I received a call from officer Jones notifying me that he could not come to the hospital to take the report because the incident happened in Austin. Then he asked «Who told you that we could do that? «I told him APD and a state trooper. Then he said the state trooper could do it.
Jaw dropped!!! I am now glad that when Kyle police calls me again for donations. I will willingly and quickly tell them NO!!!
