Decorating Expressions

My daughter recently moved into a new home and needed a shade for a sliding glass door and treatments for several windows, including two that had a problem with glare. While the two of us were initially overwhelmed by too many choices, Terri made it easy, coming to us with lots of lovely, affordable options. Not only did my daughter come away with treatments she loves, but Terri suggested what to look for to buy off the shelf drapes that would really finish off the look of the room. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Teresa’s experience not only gave me the perfect plantation shutters in my vacation home on South Padre Island but she also help me upgrade my home kitchen. She is very patient and I highly recommend her for any of your home projects. Her creativity adds a unique touch that makes you feel very special. I am now ordering shades for my family room. I am so glad she has been able to help with all my decorating needs over the past years. I have no regrets and I highly recommend her.

A little back story — Teresa and I met via craigslist last year when she was picking up some moving boxes from me for her daughter. She noticed that I had a large uncovered window in the kitchen of my rental property which was letting in a lot of cold air. She offered to donate a gorgeous wooden blind to me, which she drove over the following week. She then sent on required attachments in the following weeks, all for free! It made a huge difference during that cold winter.
When I finally bought a home I contacted Teresa, who had by then started up her own blind consultation company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She is always readily available via email and text and made great suggestions for the best (and most cost effective) way to go. We met twice to discuss options and communicated regularly online and on the phone. When one blind arrived damaged from the company Teresa immediately got a replacement sent out. My gorgeous Hunter Douglas blinds are now installed and looking beautiful.
Overall Teresa was amazing to work with and I got a fantastic deal that easily beat Lowes and other big box stores.
