I’ve had lunch here twice and it was tasty both times, but I haven’t ventured past the pizza. The slices are insanely huge — it’s almost comical! You certainly get your money’s worth. A friend got the chicken salad which was nicely presented… much classier than I would have imagined for a college pizza joint. The atmosphere is loud and a bit chaotic. There are a lot of pickups so if you choose to dine in, prepare for a noisy and fast-paced vibe. My first time, we waited a long while for our food to come out which is why I dropped it down to 4 stars. There are several booths inside and a few outdoor tables on the sidewalk. Great place to grab a slice. Also free WiFi. I might try a burger or wrap next time.

I’d give 3 ½ stars if I could, to represent slightly above average food, but nothing was too outstanding. I appreciated that the cheesesteak was moist, with almost like a sloppy joe consistency, and the roll was thin so that I got a bite of meat with each bite rather than dry bread. But, the overwhelming flavor was grease. Not that I don’t like some grease, but it could’ve used a little spice and maybe more tomato in the sauce. Yes, the pizza slice was huge. About the size of two slices. However, at 2.75 per slice that isn’t too shocking. I loved how thin the crust was with a nice thick layer of cheese. It was a little on the dry side — just an extra spoonful of sauce would’ve done the trick. I also tasted the buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Definitely had the tasty hot sauce flavor but the pieces of shredded chicken were actually too much as to throw the flavor out of balance. I prefer more finely chopped chicken in a chicken cheesesteak. Maybe others would prefer the taste of chicken over everything else. Overall, first time there and probably wouldn’t rush to go back but I wouldn’t advise against it either.

Yummy pizza. If you usually eat two pieces elsewhere then order one here as they are very large. Sauce is light tasting and just Tge right amount of cheese. Will be back again

This was our first visit to Tommy Boy’s. We had heard the pizza was good and it really is. We tried three different kinds and enjoyed all three. The best being the grandma’s pizza. The French fries were also very good. Although we did not order any individual slices, the slices displayed are HUGE. One slice would definitely be a meal. The downside to Tommy Boy’s is the seating area. There are only six tables and when they are busy the dining area gets packed with people trying to eat and others waiting to pick up their meals. The space could have been a little cleaner and more organized too. I think next time we will call ahead for take out. We definitely want more of their pizza :)

The pizza is phenomenal, and I love their loaded fries! Everything else I’ve had here has also been really good. The best, though, is their customer service. There was an error on my order, and I called and spoke to them, and they brought out a fresh, corrected order right away! Amazing to have a place with such good customer service these days! Thank you!

This place has some seriously great pizza. I ordered a slice of the bruschetta and within minutes I had massive steaming load of pizza deliciousness in front of me. I just took a trip to NYC before I arrived in kutztown and would say this pizza was easily better than everything I ate there. The restaurant itself has a sleek inferior and is a great place to meet other locals at night. They also offer free delivery if you can’t bring yourself to drop the controller.

The best pizza in Kutztown. Not perfect but clean, friendly and efficient. It keeps us from chain pizza.

The food is pretty mediocre. But that’s not the problem. Ordered from this place a few times and almost every time they’ve gotten the order wrong. They just messed up my order tonight and gave me scorching hot buffalo wings instead of the barbecue wings I blatantly asked for. They also gave me diet coke instead of regular coke because they said they were out. Who drinks diet? Not me. Find another spot to go to.

Great food! My roommates and I order from here all the time. They also have great customer service. One time my order got delivered to my apartment and the food was not made the way I had ordered it. They remade my order and delivered it to me very quickly. They even gave us a free pizza to apologize! It was very generous and definitely made me want to continue supporting this business!

Best meal deal in kutztown hands down. For 15 dollars you get a large pizza, wings, and garlic knots. This beats everyone else’s «deals» here in kutztown. And the foods delicious! Try it out!

Very well kept and clean facility but that’s about it. After calling in an order and waiting well over an hour for pie that hadn’t even put in oven is one thing. But to have the staff precede to tell my friend and I it was our fault for ordering a big pie and arguing that there was a line Infront of us and that’s why it was taking so long, even though we called and ordered it and was given a time frame. I’m sure the pizza is decent but I wouldn’t know, never had the chance to eat it… Over all experience with customer service was terrible.

They have great food, cheap prices and great customer service. The deals are incredible. In addition they are open until 3am. I have only had positive experiences. I wish this new business good luck. I hope you give this new place a shot.
