The quality of food is consistent throughout the various locations which is amazing. The Kuna location is always very friendly whether ordering over the phone or dining in! The restaurant is very clean and salad bar always looks fresh. We came in to see about the customer appreciation day and we got to draw for a discount and also pick out a prize.

Great ambiance and always great food. Pizzas are awesome and great sandwiches. I visit many Idaho Pizzas and I really like this location.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a little lunch. Typically, when I go to any location of Idaho Pizza, I don’t order pizza but am a fan of their sandwiches. Specifically, their Albuquerque Turkey(turkey, cheddar, green chiles, red onions, and fresh tomatoes). It’s served hot on a ciabatta roll with choice of sides(macaroni salad, potato salad, or plain lays). I usually go for their macaroni salad, which is decent. You can order a whole or half. For a reasonable $ 5.99, I ordered their whole sandwich and had half of the sandwich and half of the macaroni salad to take home for later(sandwiches are pretty big). The service is extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. You order at the counter, get your cups for any fountain beverages, find a table, and they bring you your meal. One of the severs checked in on us a few different times, which was nice and more attentive than I usually experience in businesses with similar service set-ups. The food came out quickly, but if you were in an inordinate rush, they also have pizza by the slice as an option at lunch. You can get all you can eat pizza and soda for less than $ 7(a bargain!). Overall, reasonably priced eats served up quick and with ample friendliness. A-ok!

I have eaten here several times over the past few years. Food is typical of all Idaho Pizzas I’ve been at. The building feels and looks older than the other locations I have dined in. But it’s Kuna. I’ve never ordered to go but have been satisfied with the dining experience every time. Good place to take a large or small group as they accept reservations. They have several televisions and were accommodating when asked to change to another game. It can get very loud.

There are so many pizza options in Kuna so a 3 rating is the most I could give. The pizza is very good but outside of the buffet as other reviewers have said the prices are high. However the lunch buffet is a great value for around $ 7.00 or less for children. Dint forget you ask for a punch card.

We ordered a pizza at 9:40 pm for pick up. They didn’t start making it till I got there at 9:50. While waiting I overheard an employee complaining about people who place orders at the last minute. They kept telling me it would be ready in a minute but it wasn’t ready till 10:15. Since when does it take over half an hour to make a pizza??? Last time we went there they put an ingredient on that we specifically asked them to exclude. The only reason that we go there is because they are the only place in Kuna that makes a decent pizza.

I got a say I have always enjoyed the food here to be perfectly honest. But July 1st we called in to order our usually order and the fool that answered the phone tells us that we are outside of the delivery area we spend about $ 35.00 to $ 45.00 every time we order and it’s been almost 1 time a week on average for years. This person working that night has made a $ 90.00 to $ 180.00 a month mistake because I am done with Idaho pizza and their poor customer service. Wife was on phone tonight to place a order and I had to tell her no we will buy from one of their competitors sorry Idaho pizza in Kuna you should maybe check into who answered that call it was 9 pm July 1… very disappointed oh and by the way tonight they were willing to take our order but we told them no thanks that’s $ 90.00 you lost from us in July and it’s only the 3rd. If you are going to service an area for several years I would say you need to be consistent to your customers. So long Idaho pizza zero stars

Worst pizza joint in the Idaho Pizza company franchise, avoid avoid avoid. If your dying of starvation, I still wouldn’t eat here…

Their pizza is GREAT(esp. the Wilderness Garlic Extreme — yum!) but their prices aren’t remotely competitive so we usually order elsewhere unless we are feeling extravagant. Also, the restaurant itself has only so-so service, it’s better to deliver or carryout.
