The first time Rick cut down numerous trees for us. He gave us a quote on removing them. We saved the $$$ and called him back to to haul them away. He said he would be out Saturday morning. Never showed or called. I called the office and a young girl answered. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about (I could hear Rick feeding her answers). She said they would be out on Sunday morning. Again… never showed or called. Appears if there is a job he doesn’t feel like doing he makes appointments he does not keep then avoids you. Incredibly disappointed in him. A Texas man who does NOT honor his word.

Called for a free estimate and Rick came over that same afternoon. He gave me a very fair price and even diagnosed a disease on one of my trees and told me how to treat it!
We set a date (pending the forecasted rain) and he did an incredible job! Not only was the work done perfectly, but the clean up was exceptional! Not a leaf was left behind on the ground. They were also careful to not trample any of the plants and shrubs in my flower beds!
I am so happy with their work and I will NEVER use anyone else for my tree work!!! Thank you, Trees Inc!!!
