History

Established in 1987.

My sister, Faye Cossell, opened PASTArrific in the Maple Crest Mall. With a cafeteria feel and seating for 50. In 1990 Mehrdad and Cynthia Yazdani, moved from Chicago. We were so excited to move to Kokomo, I have had visited here since 1962 and loved the city. By 1992, PASTArrific was out growing the small mall unit and we expanded by adding the adjoining unit. Our seating doubled, we added wine, beer, waitstaff, and a much larger menu. By 1993, growing pains pushed us to design our free standing. In 1999, we added the petite banquent room, Sophia, which seats upto 70. In June 2007, the doors of the Casa Bella opened to awe Kokomo with its Simple Elegance. It seats over 200. June 2009 the Patio opened, perfect place to bite into a Santa Fe Wrap! Kokomo has grow with us. We are continually refelcting their tastes and desires. Listen every Friday on Z92.5 radio as I tell Kokomo what is tasty and new. Thank you, Chef Cynthia.
