I manage low-​income housing apartments for the elderly and one of my complexes is in Jefferson City. A tenant accidentally flooded their apartment causing theirs and their downstairs neighbors’ apartments to be saturated. Within two days’ time ServPro had our situation back to square one. The tech came out and set up fans, they vacuumed heavily, they aerated the baseboards — very in-​depth. They also assured us if we needed anything further that they would be a phone call away. The tech was friendly, courteous, respectful to me and my tenants, considerate, and overall a huge help. He was able to answer any/​all questions we had and worked to solve the problem within our budget. It means a lot when you don’t have much to spend to have someone work within it to give you the absolute best possible results. They were worth every penny.
