Derek T.
Business Owner
Raised in Leland, Michigan, and spending most of his youth in the kitchen at his family restaurant of 80 years, Derek has restaurants running in his blood. The family restaurant in fact is where the recipe for Sergeant Pepperonis pizza took shape. He attended the University of Tennessee and was the original mastermind to bringing Pepperonis to Knoxville. He has always been an avid follower of baseball, football, basketball, and especially the Detroit Pistons, Lions, and Tigers. It’s probably safe to say, if its a professional team from Detroit, Derek will be rooting them on.
