I have been using Mitchell as my hair stylist for years. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the care he takes with my color and cut and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! I have also used Natalie for up-do’s and keratin treatments (express blow-​outs.) She is such a great person and if she ever quits being a hair-​stylist I swear she could go on the road as a comedienne. She is so nice and absolutely HILARIOUS! Also, if you are in need of a great mani or pedi call on Rosie and she can fix you up with a regular mani/​pedi or shellac mani/​pedi. Jim is also great is you need a massage. He is wonderful! The salon is beautiful and I could go to sleep on the couch in the lobby listening to the wonderfully relaxing fountain in the lobby! Best salon in Knoxville and the prices are reasonable which makes it even better!

I absolutely love Salon Bior. Wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and great staff! Mitchell and all of his staff are down to earth and really care about their clients. I always look forward to visiting them, a drama free salon… Imagine that :)

This is a brand new salon. The owner/​operator is very friendly. The salon offers other services other than just hair. I haven’t used any other than hair, but the massage room looked very relaxing and inviting. The salon was CLEAN which is a huge must. My stylist is Susan Herrera who has just joined the staff here. Love it and am looking forward to my next appointment. Oh, I gave it 4 out of 5 because I haven’t tried all of their services yet.
