Rusty Wallace Honda

They are the worst machanic I have ever been to. They come up with as many unneeded things to fix in a care than anywhere! Said I needed shocks an struts, new tires an that I had all kinds of parts in my engine that needed to be replaced cause of oil leaks. They wanted to charge me over $ 2100 to fix it all! I took it to another place for a 2^nd opinion an they told me that everything they listed off to me from Honda was perfectly fine an explained to me how they rip people off there, especially women. Also when they popped my hood the engine oil cap wasnt even on. It was unscrewed an sitting on my engine. I was lucky when i drove it to the other machanics it didnt fall off! Save your money an don’t get ripped off by Honda.

I moved from IL to TN and I was looking for a new Honda. I went to Rusty Wallace and all I can say this dealership is amazing. Andrew Bright, our salesperson was absolutely great and very helpful! He answered all my questions trying to help me figure out if I should purchase a Accord or Civic. He took the time to explain both and gave me the quotes on both cars. He really went out of his way to help me decide.
Everyone in this dealership are remarkable including Mark (Finance guy) and Linda the receptionist. She is so warm and friendly. What a difference from IL sales people to TN. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. The service is great and more importantly so are the people who work there.

We were driving from Asheville, NC to our home in St. Louis and the transmission on our Honda odyssey started acting up. We had been looking for vans for a few months but we were now in a position to buy. Brandon our sales representative, was helpful and made our buying experience very easy after a stressful morning of traveling. We felt like it was the best deal we would have gotten and they were great about the amount they gave us for our broken down van. Highly recommend Brandon.

I had very pleasant auto buying experience with this dealership. I started in Internet, where Gym Aycock gave me a very competitive quote ($ 1000 less) as compared to other dealership. I met Gym and told him that I am not ready to buy car today but need some information on their out of door prices. I been shopping around several other dealerships, and when they know you are to find out prices, their attitude becomes reluctant and start to say sticker price is their best price.
Despite knowing that I am not gonna buy car that day, Gym was very enthusiastic and patient to show me all the car features, nice and long test drive and even work out the out of door price. He was not pushing at all at any point.
I really appreciate their way of doing business. Other dealers started high and reduced prices with much haggling. Gym’s price was low, convincing as compared to other dealers. Also, when i suggested I am looking to take loan from outside bank rather than Honda, they were totally fine with it. They did not tried to sell honda loan offers with low APR’s n all. Apart from low price they offer 7 years/100,000 miles warranty for all new cars, lifetime loaner (which is free 24 hour courtesy car) while your car for service.
I definitely recommend getting internet prices from these guys and work with Gym when you buying new cars.

Much better experience here compared to other local Honda dealers.
