After beginning his insurance career as a captive agent for one of the largest carriers in the country, Ryan decided to open RightWay Insurance to be able to provide clients with more options to better meet their needs.

At home, in his most important role, he is a husband to his lovely wife Krystal as well as a father to three young children.

In the Knoxville community he is a coach for youth sports and serves in various ministries at his church.
