Regas Skin Care is a great day spa! Chelsea is the best and she does a great facial. It is very relaxing but Chelsea can also be fun so you can have whatever experience you like. She offers discounts for a first time facial that way you can get your skin evaluated to plan skin treatments ongoing and create a plan that works for you. She also does Microderm Abrasion and Botox and the rest of the spa services like waxing, etc. They also offer great products like Latisse and Obagi! Regas Skin Care also has a great massage therapist so you can relax the rest of your body as well! Chelsea is so generous, she donates services to help raise money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. Best of all, when you are finished, you can go next door to The Nail Place and get the BEST manicure and pedicure EVER!!!

WOW. This place was the worst day spa I have EVER been to. I had a gift certificate and had to use it by the end of the month. I made an appointment about a month ago. I showed up for my appointment and the doors were locked. No one was anywhere around this spa. I waited for about 20 minutes until I drove off. I called and left a message saying I was there for my appointment. I got a call back a few days later. The woman had a thick southern country accent and apologized as she has scheduled me for the wrong day. I decided I would again try again. The customer service here is awful because I called for a week straight and got no answer. It’s a day spa, shouldn’t it be open during the day? Anyway I finally got around to making an appointment and went yesterday to get a facial. Apparently the woman who answers the phone is the owner and she is also the so called licensed esthetician who I received my facial from. This was the absolute worst facial I have ever had. Not only did this woman jab my face with what felt like a knife but she wouldn’t shut her mouth as I was trying to relax. After my facial was over I got dressed and walked out. Every spa I have ever been to I have been offered water after the procedure. I was not offered anything. If I hadn’t given her my gift certificate I think she probably still would have stood there when I walked out. The woman was completely ignorant and I will not be going back. To make things worse I left this spa and was on my way to pick my dog up from being groomed. I listened to my messages on my cell phone then looked at my phone and there was oil dripping off my head, neck, and ears. SICK!!! She over oiled me and now I looked like I had been in a pool of oil. A good facial will leave you feeling cleansed. I felt so dirty I had to go home and immediately jump in the shower! STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE.
