I used to go to this salon when it was under the original owners. I had a bad gift certificate issue with the old owners not wanting to give me the value of what I paid for. But a friend of mine recently told me that its under new ownership for the past year. So I gave it a try again since its so close to home. They new owner and his employees are very nice. although they are quiet and focused on their job I do not mind that. Apparently the new owners opened up a new salon down the street called «Moon nail spa» and tried to recruit clients because they called my friends to go to them at their new location. I do not advise going to Moon salon unless you are looking for cheap quality work and want to be ripped off. Try out parisanne again if you had a bad experience in the past bc it’s under new management and these people own 3 other salons in Knoxville area so they know what they are doing!
