The music was so loud you couldn’t hear anything. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and customer service was awful. Would not go back.

I used to hate Jimmy Johns due to a few as experiences I had with the store downtown a few years back. I was reluctant to try again but I did and now I love them! The deliveries are always quick and the delivery guys are always nice. I’ve not had a bad or wrong order. I give it 4 stars because the roast beef isn’t super tasty.

Normally we love Jimmy Johns, they have the best sandwiches and the greatest service. Today must be an off day for them because not only did the two guys behind the counter fail to respond to our«hi, how are you», they also failed to tell us when our sandwiches were finished, did not label which sandwiches were what, and did not cut the sandwiches in half for ease in eating. They did nothing to make us feel welcome. We were an obvious inconvenience I would normally give them 5 stars, however this has to be an off day for them because they’re not usually this unfriendly. The food was fresh and good

Very little sandwich/more expensive than most ratio just doesn’t work for me. The sandwich was OK(Italian) but no better or worse than anyone else. I’ve tried JJ’s at one other location with the same conclusion.

I wasn’t dissappointed, but I wasn’t overly impressed. I went on a recommendation from a friend. There are few places in the south that have avocado or sprouts in a sandwhich. I first noticed the overly loud music when we entered and tried to talk with each other. Music was turned down after half-way through our meal. The menu on the wall was probably 6ft x 6 ft with small print and hard to read. The options of bread is either white or wheat. Their wheat bread is very delicious with a nutty /seedy flavor. Unfortunately it’s cut too thick for sandwhiches, so that was a drawback. Their sandwhiches weren’t anything exciting and I couldn’t tell if there were sprouts until I looked hard for them. Overall, it was an OK place for a sandwhich, but I probably won’t go there again.

LOVE love love JJ’s! I’ve written a review for my first ever JJ experience back when we lived in FL and it hasn’t changed. If you love sandwiches(it’s absolutely one of my favorite meals) then you’ll love JJ’s. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, the signs are hilarious and the sandwiches are phenomenal. Far superior than Subways, Quiznos, Firehouse Subs, and any other chain sub shop out there. Believe me, I’ve tried them all. And I don’t know how JJ’s does it but their bread is always soft and delicous. There’s nothing I hate more than dried out bread. Now that I live in Knoxville I eat here as often as I can. And when I don’t live near a JJ’s you can bet your behind that when I’m travelling I always look for the nearest one because if it’s within a reasonable distance, I’m there!

Jimmy John’s is always a fantastic pick for a quick and delicious sandwich. Plus, they deliver to the local area with minimal fee’s and in a speedy manner. The staff is often young and can come across brash if busy, but look past that — you won’t be sorry. Go for the Gargantuan! Oh, and the peppers are a must; don’t forget to ask for them!
