The aim of my profession is complex: to meet your legal needs and provide intelligent, thoughtful, and effective representation during your seasons of pain and hardship, in a manner altogether different than a stereotypical attorney.

I accept clients on both a contingency and hourly basis, representing people with a wide variety of legal issues who don’t expect a handout but who do expect their attorney to be an empathetic champion for their cases. To use some boxing parlance, I’m «in your corner,» and the firm of which I am a part, The Hurley Law Firm, enables me to offer a wide variety of legal services to individuals who are in need of simple legal advice, or actual representation.

History

Established in 2007.

I began my practice in Clarksville, Tennessee working primarily on criminal, juvenile and family matters. After my time there of daily court hearings and quite a bit of «trial by fire» I was able to move back to my hometown of Knoxville, Tennesee and join The Hurley Law Firm, P.C.

Although my new practice focuses on personal injury, business law, and probate. I still find time, and enjoy practicing in all manner of areas, whether it be criminal, landlord/​tenant, collections, or and other matter.

I’m a young, passionate, energetic attorney practicing in East Tennessee. I have a number of hobbies, including writing sports articles for the local newspaper as well as being a school board member on a local private school.
