We are locally owned and chef run catering company also open for lunch and dinner. Combining our classic culinary training with our Southern Heritage and playful right brain, results in delicious comestibles artfully presented.
Selections vary daily based on availability of the freshest ingredients, many of which are grown on our own farm. Join us for lunch 5 days a week and dinner Friday and Saturday evenings (carry-out available). We encourage you to bring your own bottle of favorite vintage!
History
Established in 2010.
From her extensive career ranging from pastry to catering for world leaders, Holly returned home to Knoxville and in 2010 opened her own business. Holly’s Eventful Dining is not only the home of her successful catering business, but also to a hidden gem in the heart of Homberg.
Meet the Manager

Manager
Hailing from South Knoxville, Holly relocated to Baltimore, MD in 1982 to attend Culinary College. After a teaching fellowship and several stints in East Coast and Bermuda luxury hotels, Holly and her family landed in Dallas, Texas where her catering career began. Returning to her hometown in 2000, Holly catered myriad events all around East Tennessee before opening her own place in 2010. Still catering to the area, Holly also serves lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Fridays and Saturdays changing the menu weekly in order to feature the season’s finest.
