Horrible service. I have used Fast Taxi before and was not disappointed, but today I was away from home and called to get a cab. I was told by a man I would see a cab in 20 minutes. 50 minutes after the call no cab. I checked again, was pretty rudely told that they «hadn’t gotten to me yet». Very very poor customer service. If an expectation is set then it should either be met or the customer called back.
Got home another way no thanks to Fast Service Taxi. Definitely not going to use them again.

Snow Day: Called and asked if they take credit cards and was told yes. By the time we got to my house and I pulled out the card I was told they don’t accept credit cards. What was the point of me calling then? If I had know I wouldn’t have used them or I would have taken the money out of my savings. They took the card anyway and the driver told me 18.00 after being super rude. As soon as a gave the guy a five tip then the guy was «nice» which showed their character.
Now I’m seeing on my credit card account that they are charging $ 40 and I’m not sure if that is because it was a snow day or what but they are no longer worth my time and I used to really lime them.

Terrible experience. Asked to be picked up from the airport to be delivered to West Hills area. We were quoted around $ 30. The driver picked us up. She was nice enough, but then proceeded to take the longest possible route back to our apartment. Whether this was intentional or not, the cost ended up being $ 45+ because of her. Basically she took Alcoa all the way to Hwy 40⁄75 and then out west again, instead of taking Pellissippi to Hwy 40⁄75. The name of the company is West Knox taxi and yet they could not navigate a shorter route to the west part of Knoxville! Either they were incompetent or knowingly took us a longer route to get a larger fare.
