Diane is only after her clients best interest. We moved from CA to TN and did not have much time to look she took us to as many homes as possible in the time we had. She was up front and direct with everything. We found a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood and were very happy.
We then used her again when we found out we were moving from TN back to CA. I was by my self because my husband had to leave for his job, and when I needed Anything Diane was there! I had car problems and she even took me to the shop so I could pick up my car! She was very positive about the sale of my home even when I was not! We had a short time to sell the house and after many offers way under our asking price we finally sold the home and it was for the price we wanted! Diane did this in a market that was not good for selling and in the winter which is a very hard time to sell. She had my home on you tube, her web site remax website, and she even had a QR code on my for sale sign for people to scan with smart phones when they drove by my home! That was the best! This code would take people to the web site and they would have instant access to all the photos and info you can not get on a sign or from a flyer! That alone brought in a lot of business!
If we move back to TN I will be asking her for her help again! Diane is a wonderful compassionate person who dearly cares about her client. She knows her stuff, and is exceptional at her job. I wish I could have her be my personal realtor everywhere I move!
