No one was accountable. Did not schedule time to start roofing, just showed up and started removing shingles without talking to anyone before starting. We were then told it would be approx. a year to get the color of shingles we ordered. During the roofing, the windshield of my husband’s truck was cracked and roofing nails left in the driveway, which led to a flat tire. When this was brought to their attention, the salesperson had a lot of attitude. Saleperson was 3 hours and 40 minutes late to pick up payment. Due to all of the issues we went to the main office to speak with administration. We spoke with the company secretary. The secretary said he was unable to accept payment at the main office, but we were assured everything would be looked into and the salesperson would contact us to apologize. The salesperson arrived the next day and picked up the final payment, but had obviously not been spoken to by administration. When we called regarding any warranty information, we were told it would be mailed to us. As far as we can tell, the roof looks good, but we are obviously not roofers. But, everyone seemed to be unreliable.
