History

Established in 1996.

After working for many years in both the public and private sectors of accounting and finance, I decided to jump into the entrepreneurial world and create Aries (named for my daughter’s zodiac sign).

Over the years we noticed more and more dissatisfaction among customers regarding the practice of billing for time. Our customers had no input into what we were charging as our hourly rate. More importantly, billing for time put all of the risk for the success of a project on the customer and almost none on us.

So we set our sights on eliminating the dissatisfaction that is part of the billable time business model. I met Ed Kless with Sage a few years ago and he gave us some fantasically simple advice: Customers hate billable time, get rid of it! Give them guarantees on everthing.

We did just that and it has been the most positive part of our business for both us and our customers since we opened our doors.
