Basic, simple home cooking at it’s finest. We were told by our attentive and quick waitress that everything from the bread to the desserts are made on the premises and based on taste that appeared to be true. Fantastic. The pie crust on our coconut cream pie was light and flaky. My «Smoker» burger was thick, juicy and perfectly cooked. A hint of smoked flavor. And yes, the bun was flavorful and just the right texture for the thick burger. The onion rings were hand cut with a thick and tasty cornmeal batter. This place is clearly a local favorite. Nothing fancy about this place, but who needs fancy with solid, well prepared food.
