Davis Auto Care

The female that answers the phone is horrible. She over talked me, did not want to answer my questions as to the names of the men, was cocky when asked if I could drop off car. She told me «He will not take the time to plow snow from around your vehicle» and we have no snow yet and I was going to leave as long as needed. I heard the owner is a terrific mechanic but getting to him through her I said forget and was impossible. Also asked if the could drive me back home in my vehicle which is maybe 5 miles away and the would need to test drive anyway and she said no. I did speak to 2 of my neighbors and they do not go to him because of her. I am new to the area and do not know these people but what little I talked to her I will not go to them. Will go to Millers because of her and have no other choice.
