Fired Up BBQ is the proud creation from Paul’s love and passion to serve flavorful foods. Being raised in a family of backwoods pit masters, this proud veteran found his passion for BBQ at a very young age.

While maintaining an exemplary military career, Paul also honed his culinary skill set by catering various events across the US and abroad. In 2014, Paul took the big step and officially opened Fired Up BBQ to continue his love of sharing great food with the world.
