Horrible experience! I would not recommend this clinic. You do not get a one on one experience with your Physical Therapist instead they are juggling multiple patients at the same time. There is a clear management problem at this company.

I give them 2 stars. I was given a script by my doctor to see P/​T.
They did show me the information needed for my script. This cost 125 dollars as it was my first visit. This is what they charge you (your insurance) when you need to be reevaluated.
They lose 3 stars however. When I was leaving I was told they recommend 2 P/​T sessions a week for the next 6 weeks. When I asked why. I was told this is the normal recommendation. I look around me 70% or more the their clients are 70 and older. I am in pretty good shape. I need a better reason then because that the normal. What am I going to learn. When I asked this they responded. They could do this multi charge thing. So it would feel like my insurance kicked in faster. This did not answer my question. Note that if you do not have great insurance it is 75 dollars a session. Also note this 75 $ session is not a private 1 – 1. Your P/​T person may be working with 3 people at the same time. If you were expecting EMS they dont have it.
The place makes me release why insurance is so high.
I would not recommend anyone go to this place.
If you do ask for a justification. Why is this needed?
