This place is clean and the staff is really friendly. It seems like every time I go, there are different flavors frozen yogurt which is a good thing. I like the variety that they provide. I recommend this place and sometimes they offer deals and discount which is great.

It’s no FroYo but its close and on the way home and I was okay with the limited selection of flavors. At least in my estimation it was limited. The cake batter flavor was decent, dare I say pretty good but it ran out before my sister could fill her cup and this was on a Sunday early afternoon. She was NOT happy. Hehe! They also did not do hot caramel. Only the room temp stuff. None of the liquid toppings were hot actually. That was sort of a fail in my book. I know there are other options for this type of stuff in the market but convenience can be a pretty hearty incentive for returning and hoping the cake batter is in stock.

Service was good, but I gave 32 degrees a low rating because the yogurt flavors were nasty-tasting. Very artificial-flavored and chemical-tasting. The chocolate fudge was the best of the lot, but that’s not saying much. Pistachio did not taste like pistachio at all, more like bubble-gum. Orange tasted like cheap orange soda and was radioactive day-glo in color. Vanilla didn’t have much vanilla flavor. All very sugary. Toppings were similarly sugary, and cheap-tasting. The toasted coconut topping did not taste like coconut but flaked sugar. Even the chocolate sprinkles were odd — I have never tasted crunchy sprinkles like that, it was like eating powdered rock sugar. Both the husband and I threw away our servings, and for a few hours had a very nasty chemical aftertaste in our mouths from the experience. Never again, we agreed. We came here about 6 months ago and the yogurt(and toppings) was much better quality — have they changed their supplier? Kids will probably like the fare, as everything is way sugary and very colorful, but for those of you who are adverse to gross frozen yogurt go elsewhere or go across the street to Lowe’s Grocery store and pick up some Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream instead.

Will not be back. Just took my kids here to find that the yogurt bar is a bust. We love yogurt bars and frequent them often. When we go in, one of the things we LOVE to do is sample the flavors and decide which one we are going to eat that time. To our disappointment when we go in, there are no sample cups out. OK, I figure they will just hand us a few like they do at Yogurt Mountain… fair enough. BUTNO, someone from behind the counter comes out after groping the sample cup that you are getting ready to put in your mouth and insists on getting the sample for you! Not only that, the sample was so small my kids were like sticking their tongues in the cup because there was so little in it! His excuse was«people overflow the cups and make too much of a mess to do it themselves». I was told it is company policy to «not let the customers sample themselves» because of our extreme messiness. Well that did it for me. My daughter felt so funny having to keep asking for him to get her a sample(even once the guy tried to tell her she would not like the flavor because it was just plain) she picked a flavor she did not try, and then on the way home tells me she did not really like it. The store was nice on the inside, flavor variety was large but not being able to sample the flavors is a deal breaker. That is half the fun and the awkwardness of the whole thing will keep us from EVER going back! There are a ton of yogurt bars in the area and this one’s fussiness clearly does not need our business.

I purchased a Groupon for 32 Degrees, and the hubby and I went to check the place out. The store is very clean with modern décor. The selection of yogurt was excellent, and the topping bar was well-stocked with lots of variety. My husband is a chocolate freak and was able to get chocolate froyo with about a half a dozen different kinds of chocolate toppings. I got the peach and the vanilla, and got fresh strawberry and peach toppings. To die for! The system is the same as all of the other froyo joints — fill up a cup, put it on the scale, and pay per ounce. I usually hit up YogenFruz at the mall, but I think this place is better. I am always a little wary about how service is going to be because you have a Groupon, but the employees/owners were so nice about it. I know there’s a ton of yogurt places popping up around town, but I hope this place lasts. I will definitely be back.

My Mom and I tried 32 degrees over the weekend since it is only about 10 minutes from her house. We were both pleasantly surprised. The flavors were creative and yummy and the toppings were extensive! The staff was friendly and helped explain how everything worked(even though it was pretty self descriptive). Yes, it is a bit expensive since they charge by the ounce, but it’s a fun splurge every once and a while!

Gave it a shot Sunday(6⁄24), as my wife likes the location being closer than SweetFrog by Triangle Town Center… unfortunately, it didn’t even come close to our high expectations set by SweetFrog. I think they had their soft opening on Friday, which is why I’m giving them leeway with 2 starts. The frozen yogurt options were good and tasty, and I like how they provide the option of a waffle bowl which is a nice option but unfortunately, the store was not clean, which is a huge turn-off(the floor, tables and toppings bar were a mess!), the employees(3 total coming in and out from the back of the store to behind the counter) were friendly but idle, which is a big difference from SweetFrog, where I never noticed until my wife brought it to my attention, that they are always doing something(tidying up the toppings bar, cleaning the tables, etc… always moving around and being productive). As they have just opened, we will probably give them another shot in the future, but from the 1st experience, we were not impressed at all… hope they can pick it up, as the location is perfect for anyone living in Knightdale, and we were hoping for better.

This store moved in to a space previously occupied by a Rita’s Italian Ice. It is definitely a good location and the demand is there. I looked forward to visiting but was definitely disappointed. The two options for cups are large and larger. Yes, you pay by the ounce(i.e. by weight), but give any kid a cup like that and they will fill it to the top. Obviously, it’s what the business wants, but as a parent, it will hit your wallet hard, so some supervision and direction is required. As far as toppings, there were plenty to choose from, but the fresh pineapple was brown around the edges from sitting out for a prolonged period and the fresh bananas were, well, just nasty for the same reason. The toppings bar in general was somewhat messy. Flavor choices for the yogurt was good. I tried, and liked, the Firecracker. It was similar to a Red Hot candy. At the time of this review, the store had been opened only a week or so. I’m likely to give it one more try. If you want a better, cleaner experience, make the drive to Sweet Frog in Triangle Towne Center.
