Much like the other reviewer, I too had to wait about 10 min while Dave sat on the phone talking to someone about a side by side. I was actually there to give them $ 180 for a motorcycle servicing. If had I had nothing really else to do, I guess I would have given them more stars, but seeing as I procured a ride to get in there early enough to pick up my bike and get to work early enough for a 12 hour shift, they’re getting 1 star. The shop staff seems nice and helpful enough, but Dave kills it for me. Cocky and arrogant. I’ll make sure to never buy anything from that shop ever again. Power Yamaha for motorcycles and Airhead on Spring St Klamath Falls for maintenance/​accessories. Howard at Airheads will actually talk you out of spending money on things that are unnecessary.

I walked into their store last week to buy a part for my bike. The whole place was empty except for one female customer at the counter. I walked up to the counter and the sales clerk, Dave, glanced at me but didn’t say anything. I stood there for a solid 10 minutes while he had a casual conversation with the woman. She finally left and Dave asked what I needed help with. I told him what I was looking for and he tried to sell me extra parts that I didn’t need. He seemed irritated when I told him I didn’t want to buy the extra stuff. I placed my order, left, and I’ll never go back. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because they were able to order the part I needed.
