Josh Guest, PC is a locally owned and operated general practice law firm. Josh Guest is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Oregon and a proud member of the Klamath Falls community. His career first began as a Teen Scene reporter with the Herald & News He later would go on to work with several local businesses including Albertson’s Gas Station, Bruner Construction and the law firm of Carter & Potter, PC. Josh’s experience includes consulting for businesses like Cisco Systems, Lapin International and Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold. Prior to starting his own practice, Josh learned about the practice of law alongside attorneys at eBay, the Utah Labor Commission, and the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie. While his previous adventures have included business and legal opportunities in Chile, Hong Kong and Singapore, Josh is more excited than ever to rejoin the Klamath Falls community.

Josh Guest received his Law degree from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law (Ranked #2 by Malcolm Gladwell) where he emphasized in Dispute Resolution and Labor & Employment Law. He represented his school nationally as a champion negotiatior and internationally in commercial arbitration. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Marriott School of Business (Ranked #1 in the West by the Wall Street Journal) where he studied Organizational Behavior and Negotiation.
Josh received his Bachelor degree in Communications at BYU and was recognized on a national level as a television news feature reporter. Outside of his legal practice, Josh loves running, reading, and supporting local artists and athletes. Josh enjoys volunteering in the community with the Boy Scouts of America and his local Church unit. His wife Susan is a nurse and together they are the proud parents of two. They are thrilled to be reunited once again with the Klamath Falls community.
