Delicious greasy burgers reside here! After spending a few days in Klamath, sampling a couple of the local food spots and not really finding anything too impressive I decided to give this spot a try and boy am I glad I did. This place has a pretty limited menu, but what they do, they do well. I got the patty melt and fries and it was absolutely fantastic. Chopped, grilled onions on rye bread with multiple cheeses and 2 tasty beef patties. The thin-cut, seasoned fries were a perfect complement to the burger and the iced tea(homemade) was just what I needed to wash it all down. If the food wasn’t enough, the service is helpful and down-to-earth and had me feeling like a regular from the moment I walked in. Shout out to Andrew and Brad who made the whole experience there one of my more memorable stops in Klamath. Thanks guys!

Absolutely the Best Burger in Town, Hands DOWN!!! Fresh ground hamburger from local Howards Meat. Hand pressed patties in your choice of sizes from a slider up to quarter pound, and all made to order. You can choose how many patties, choice of cheese, and toppings galore. Bacon, chili, mushrooms, jalapenos, pineapple, onion rings, pastrami, WHATEVER, make it your way! A definite MUST if you visit Klamath.

Simple place, we waited 20 mins just for a patty melt and a plain burger. No one ahead of us. I thought the wait would mean the food would be great but the food is average. Nothing special. The lady that took our order was really nice. Not worth the wait or money.

Look no further. If you’d like to taste what Smashburger and Five Guys are trying to emulate, you’ve found it. I dropped in here because I was working in the area and my hotel food is terrible.(Sorry Shilo) I can’t resist a small burger joint and this place does it right. Fresh ground beef and onion rings that by themselves worth the trip from the Bay Area. I will most definitely be visiting here every time I’m in town.

This is the best place to get a burger. Do yourself a favor and try it out. The cooks are EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. It’s super clean and the burgers are to die for. This has to be the best place in Klamath Falls to get food. I’m wishing we could bring to place back to Portland with us. This has to be the best burger I have ever had.

Definitely a classic burger joint! You order through a window and are taken care of awesome guys that will make sure you get what you want! Delicious patties with great toppings! The malt shakes are delicious and the fries are great– thin and crispy! Picnic tables to sit outside or seating inside as well. I also loved how they marked my boyfriend and my burgers ‘his’ and ‘hers’ when they brought them out to us! Adorable.

Just wanted to give these guys the recognition that they deserved. The whole crew was friendly and helpful and they serve a mighty fine burger. Like others mention, the burger is locally sourced and grass fed. What made me enjoy the burger was the simplicity of it. Use great ingredients and you get a great burger. Definitely stop by if you’re in the Klamath Falls area.

Wow ! What a great place. My wife and I stopped by after reading the good reviews and any Unilocaler knows you can’t always count on the reviews My wife had Maxi quarter pounder with cheese and I had the two junior burgers. Both had shreddy lettuce and pickles on a toasted bun. Organic meat — simply delicious. Fries were good. Nothing special, onion rings on the other hand had a great flavor and nice and crisp. Nice shakes. Very friendly. Even came outside to see if we were satisfied. Only bummer is they are in Klamath Falls and we are in Seattle.

Great find!!! We were traveling back from Crater Lake into California and decided to stop here after seeing great reviews. I had the Maxi Cheeseburger and fries. The burger was great and the fries were awesome! Loved the family atmosphere and seeing the younger boys working hard was a plus for me! I wish I lived closer, so I could visit it more!!!

The taste of the meat is what stood out for me, it makes me think that this burger should set the standard. I freakin loved it! I’m going back in August and will try the shakes.

We stopped at C & D prior to our stay in Crater Lake, and I’m glad we did. The chili and cheese burger was delicious in that old school way, and the onion rings were some of the best I’ve had. The huckleberry shake was something special. It’s not a far diversion from the road north to Crater Lake, and the price certainly won’t be beat once you get closer. Highly recommended.

Great burgers and service. A little ways from downtown but worth the drive. 4 of us on a road trip and real hungry. C&D popped up on Unilocal so off we went. 3 of us ordered burgers, daughter had 2 corn dogs. Couple orders of fries and drinks. Burgers were great. Good size, cooked perfectly with all the right, fresh toppings. I had the mushroom swiss and it was sooo good. Fries were just how we like them — well done. Reasonably prices, great food, great service.

Old fashioned, small town hamburger stand goodness. Friendly service and fresh food(hand made milkshakes!). We chose this place while in Reno as a lunch stop on the way to Gladstone. It was a great choice.

This is one of the few places in Klamath where you can get locally sourced meat that is never frozen. They make the patties that day and they are delicious! We rode our bikes for a quick bite tonight and both enjoyed the burgers and fries. Next time we’ll have to try a shake too. Staff was so friendly and food was delicious!

There is one VERY good reason that the burgers are so flavorful here. It puzzles me that more attention is not brought to the fact that not only is the beef locally-sourced, it comes from the renowned Prather Ranch. Low-stress cattle-handling practices, all organic, sustainably farmed, no antibiotics, grass-fed. All the right stuff. Stuff that matters when it comes to flavor and to your health. It’s ground fresh every morning for C&D, and hand-formed. Apparently just about all of the menu items and ingredients are sourced locally as well. This place deserves your business. Bön Appetit!

I always feel like stars are arbitrary. What makes a 5 star burger at one place is not true in another. So, this burger stand is far superior to any fast food place. Actually, it was better then most burgers. It was the last meal we had as we left town and it was great. Burger was tasty and didn’t have the flavor of a frozen burger… So maybe they do use fresh meat as another Unilocaler indicates. Fries were yummy — though not homemade. I loved their seasoning. I think it was Johnny’s. Worth the stop… Even if it out of your way.
