Guy at the counter had a attitude. Treated me like I was stupid. Going to Les Schwab. Was going to buy tires wheels and a lift kit. I ask for a specific tire and I got quotes for 2 other brands. Really upset place came recommended from a friend. Won’t go back wont recommend to anyone. Matter of fact will tell people to avoid if conversation comes up.

I pulled in here with my motorhome after a couple days on the road. I had a low low tire and the valve stem was to short to get to myself. They got me right in. They had trouble trying to get to it as well so eventually they had to pull off the tire. They aired it up, put an extention on the valve so I could then get to it myself, checked it for leaks, and checked and aired up all the other tires. Even while the employee helping me was inside checking the tire other employees were checking to see if I needed assistance. Before I went to pay I mentioned to my wife how good the customer service was here. When it was all done they charged me nothing and sent me on my way. Basin was very efficient and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought four tires for my 16″ flatbed trailer and transported a pallet of clay birds to the Sportsman’s Park in Keno. Two days later I put my ATV on the trailer and drove to Keno Access Road, returning at 9 PM that evening I had a blow out on one of these new tires. Took it back to Basin Tire the next day and they said I should have checked the inflation. Mind you this is a tire they sold me, mounted, and inflated three days ago. They didn’t have a replacement in stock, but offered to order another tire if I would pay half the price. I went to Les Schwab, they had four tires in stock, I bought them and took the other tires back to Basin Tire. I didn’t ask for my money back, but I didn’t ask for the owner (Mike) to get all bent out of shape either. I can’t write the remarks he made before I left the parking lot. All I can say about this place is buyer be ware.

These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fast. I called about 5 tire places in Klammath Falls, but got the best feel for Basin, so we went with them.
They put 2 very clean and caring employees on the trailer, and were done in 40 minutes. 5 tires. And the price was very reasonable, even got cash back for my used tires that were still intact.
I am from Southern California, so I might not be back that direction anytime soon. But I WISH the tire shops in my area were HALF as ‘dialed in’ as Basin Tire.
YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I bought a camper, sight unseen, from Klamath Falls, Oregon. Call it reckless if you want, that’s how I roll. Come to find out, the tires were in bad need of replacement and Basing tire was recommended for having the trailer tires changes and the wheel wells checked.
This is one of the best recommendations I’ve ever had in my life. Not only was the staff friendly and courteous, they went out of their way to help me out when I needed to have something printed in a bit of a pickle.
These guys gave me great tires at a great price and they were honest with me every step of the way.

Pretty much the only place that sells high quality, name brand tires. Went all over town looking for some Michelin tires and this was the only place that had them. Everyone else’s selection was a joke. Got me the tires at the same prices I was seeing on the internet after shipping, and the internet doesn’t install them too. Gave me a free alignment! Also my schedule was compressed since I was visiting and they worked with me, and even fixed a flat tire for free until I could get the tires replaced. All around great service. AAAC member so you’re covered out of town as well. If you are from out of state, keep in mind you will save 50 – 100 bucks by not paying any sales tax.
