We were traveling and had problems with our pickup transmission. We knew that it was the temperature sensor. I called to see about getting in to get it repaired. The woman that answered the phone was so rude and could not go by our diagnosis. Also they were filled up and we could come in towards the end of the week. Thankfully I called around and found a shop who could get to us much sooner and probably for lots less then what this shop would have charged. Guess what — our diagnosis was correct
