This review is based solely on the customer service of this location and NOT the yogurt. We were greeted nicely by the cashier when we first walked in but ran into problems when we asked if they currently had the original tart flavor. The cashier told us to ask the other employee who was sweeping the floor. She started laughing along with the cashier and acted as if she was incredibly confused by the question. She finally just said«it’s not working» in a very rude tone and rolled her eyes at us. We decided to leave and the two employees immediately burst out laughing and started talking about us after we left. The employee sweeping the floor then put her middle finger up through the window. This is obviously really NOT okay. I have been to other locations and the frozen yogurt is really good. I definitely would not come back to this one.

very limited yogurt choices. very odd signs about how the yogurt prevents farting and religious propaganda.

We quality of yogurt was just lousy. I was with a group of 6 friends and we couldn’t find another place open at night around Kitty Hawk. Crazy I know! We all kept trying different flavors and none of liked any. We finally all got small yogurts and loaded them up with toppings. The ambience is not the best either. You can find much better I’m sure.

Unilocal is so out of date. They say closes at 11pm and actual close time is 9pm. This is not the first time. We’ve gone to businesses on Unilocal suggestion only to find they’ve been closed for a year. Unilocal is the WORST — Inaccurate hours, businesses, ETC. We need something better than Unilocal.

The product was okay but, if you’re going to have all white chairs and tables, it would be wise to write them down once in a while.

A perfect refreshing treat after a hot day at the beach! I like the self serve and picking your own toppings — would definitely return.

Great place to go for your family ice cream parlor cravings. Bright, clean, and fun for the kids(and adults too) to build your own Sunday. Just north of The Wright Brothers Museum too. Fun afternoon stop.

The place was okay. Service: well its a self serve froyo bar, so what was I expecting? Well when my family and I walked in we didn’t see anyone. She was in the back. When she saw us she came out from the back and managed a timid hello. Maybe I’m being picky but there wasn’t a friendly vibe going on. Yogurt: Okay here is why I only gave it 3 stars and a not so rave review. I wanted frozen yogurt not chilled yogurt. The flavor selection was good, enough variety without being overwhelmed. But the quality was alright. A little too sweet and runny for my taste. Would I recommend this place? Eh, if you want the McDonalds of froyo then yes. Would I come back? Probably not. Runny yogurt and timid service is something my family and I can get any day on the streets if NY.

Very happy to see a frozen yogurt place on the beach. What makes this place even better is that it is serve yourself AND you are only charged for the amount that you are served — so you can get as much or as little as you would like. I searched online and learned that the frozen yogurt is all natural. Great place to take the kids!

This Sweet Frog was a little different than the ones I’m used to.(I live in Richmond, VA, the home of Sweet Frog, so you can imagine that the ones where I live are on-point.) This one was a little dirty, it was hot inside, and the people behind the counter were not friendly at all.

Sweet Frog is a chain of standard make-your-own yogurt joints, and is very much like every other member of its clan. There are about ten yogurts to choose from; the selection here is a little weak — no salted caramel for example or anything like, pretty much just the simple flavors. But the topping selection is well above average, including real hot fudge, wet nuts, and marshmallow sauce.

Tons of flavors including great sugar free flavors, and a huge selection of toppings and syrups other frozen yogurt places don’t have. Loved this place

I’m «fully reliant» on good yogurt! Plus the price is right. Like ½ the cost of the overpriced gyp joints in my state. The kids love it.

I love this place! You can make your own sundaes! Lots of frozen yogurt flavors to choose from, all of them are great. Then you have a ton of toppings to choose from! Toppings range from everything! Nuts, candy, fruit, pretty much everything you could want! The pricing is $.39/oz! Awesome! I need a Sweet Frogs of my own!

I really enjoyed the cake batter frozen yogurt. It really tasted like a cupcake! They have like 30 different toppings to put onto the frozen yogurt. They seem super busy in the evening hours so if you’re not into screaming tweens that are too cool for school… stop by during mid-day for a cool treat :)
