Meet the Business Owner
George R.
Business Owner
Graduate of the University of Georgia and Johnson and Wales. Over 20 years of experience as a chef in the industry. Worked with some of the top chefs in the country in California before returning to the east coast and pursuing a more casual environment and establishing the Bad Bean Baja Grill. Integrity in the quality of ingredients, a commitment to the techniques of cooking, and a friendly front of the house staff are what the Baja Grill is built around.
