Great service, timely and professional. Got tired of the poor attitudes and service I was receiving at other places around North Kissimmee. NW is close to the Loop. Take the time to go there you will not regret it!

I will not come back here for a manicure or pedicure. I left with bloody cuticles and an aching toe because the nail tech dug WAY too deep when cutting nail/​cuticle.
Nature’s Wax & Spa is more wax studio than nail salon. Their «nail salon» is just a make shift room in the back of the building. The pedicure chair is just a chair with an uncomfortable massager attached and the foot bath is one that I could buy at any big box store to do an at-​home pedicure.
What horrified me was that the nail tech did not use proper sterilization techniques when she made me bleed. She left the blood on my nails (didn’t even use alcohol to stop the bleeding), then used a cuticle oil brush on those same nails and put the brush back in the bottle UNSTERILIZED! That is a dangerous and reckless practice for a nail salon. I left the salon and had to grab my own alcohol wipes from my first aid kit in the car to feel clean again.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m new to Florida and was pretty hesitant on who I would allow to do my Brazilian wax. However, I decided to go to Natures wax and spa and just give them a chance. Even though I was VERY nervous, I can honestly say that place is amazing! Gina to be exact did a great job, she made me feel comfortable as if I was one of her regular clients and the pain was far less than what I was expecting. I will definitely be going back!!! :)

This was my first Brazillian wax job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The front desk girl was friendly and helpful when I had to reschedule. Gina was awesome doing the wax job. Very personable, informative and put up with my chatter, helping me relax. The room was extremely clean, and I had no worries about everything being sanitary. I will be back.

I’ve been here twice for a brazilian wax and I’m obsessed. They are super clean, comfortable, extremely fast, and they use high quality wax. The wax is a hard wax (meaning no strip used) it’s super gentle on the skin and the technique I’ve noticed that they use makes the pain MUCH easier to tolerate. I’ve tried other places including the sugaring method at other places and they all fail in comparison. I refuse to go anywhere else and highly recommend Nature’s Wax especially if you are new to waxing!

I can’t speak to the quality of their waxing service, because I never got it. They tried to charge me the difference between the Groupon price and the regular price when I got there, claiming that the Groupon was only for women (even though it didn’t say that on the Groupon and they didn’t mention it when I made the appointment over the phone). It would’ve been pretty simple to just honor the Groupon price and try to gain a new customer, but instead they chose to try to ring more money out of me, and I left without even getting the service. Their waxing might be fine, I have no idea, but their customer service could use some work.

I’ve come here a few times already and what I love the most is their manicures. I always get the Gel/​shellac with Francel and they come out beautiful and long lasting!
I have gone to other places, but when it comes to nails, I’ll stay here.
The prices on the website are for new customers only though… when i try to book an appt it says $ 30 for gel… but they always charge me $ 35…which is what i pay in most places so it doesnt bother me too much (but should be specified)
I have done a facial here as well, the lady who did it for me, Fe, was very experienced and gave me little details/​recommendations about my skin type. She gave me a chemical facial made for acne rather than the simple one i had requested, because thats what my skin needed (im prone to acne). As soon as my budget allows, im coming back to get one done again.

Worst waxing experience of my life. Johanna acted like she had somewhere better to be. It took her going over the same spot seven times to get it all, and even then it wasn’t perfect.
The room was smelly, with bright fluorescence in my eyes, and freezing. She left me full of baby powder, swollen, and in awful pain. I wish Unilocal had the option for zero stars, but even that would be too high. Clearly, I will never step foot there again.

First of all, I’m a very hairy guy! I went to «Nature’s wax & spa» from the online search I found. I honestly didn’t know anything about the staff or service. Nonetheless i wasn’t disappointed. The service is excellent and the staff is very professional. Especially for a guy who is going to waxing salon which perhaps could feel a little bit strange but I didn’t feel like that at all. I bought a package for my upper body (chest, shoulder, full back and stomach) the price was reasonable. The woman who did the waxing was very patient and understanding, she stopped when she saw i had too much. made me feel very comfortable. For the future I’m definitely going to ask specifically for her. Her name was Leo.

Loved this place and it’s so nice. It is very clean and in a great location. As soon as you walk in the staff is very friendly and sweet. Jennifer did my eyebrows and she’s amazing. I was a little skeptical when I booked my very first Brazilian for this place because the reviews online ( Unilocal & other sites) were mixed. I usually dont go to places if their rating is below 4 stars.
Anyway, I took my chance & was very impressed. I had my very first Brazilian wax done here today. When I booked over the phone yesterday, Johanna (who did my waxing), was highly recommended by the receptionist. And I saw Johanna’s name on other people’s previous reviews.
Johanna was very pleasant & explained every step of the process. Needless to say, Johanna did an excellent job. I already booked my next appointment.
The place is very clean too. I will try their nail & facial services next time. I happened to see the pink nail room, which I thought would be a nice place to have my nails done next time.

I have gone to this salon for wax treatments and couldn’t be happier. My eyebrows are in much better shape than other salons who hacked away and made my brows uneven. The staff is very personable and work quickly/​efficiently. I have not used them for manicures, pedicures, facials, etc. I recommend being early for your appt and never late because you could end up sitting a very long time.

I was visiting Kissimmee and noticed the caterpillars I was calling eyebrows. So off to Unilocal I went looking for a nearby shop to help rid me of these evil creatures. The waiting area was pretty sparse on decoration or sitting places and the tv kept playing these overly photoshopped women after being waxed. And if you blinked enough the neon green paint they use for their entire wall won’t make you go blind. Now when I was called I didn’t get the first name of the chick doing my waxing just the last: Toledo. She seemed ok didn’t smile or really say much as she took me to a room. When I got in the room that’s when I realized this is going to be a bad experience. Just like the front of the store this room was sparse as well and the bed, which should be in the middle of the room so they can get around the bed, was pushed up to the wall. There was only one tray in the room and nothing else. The place looked like it had just finished construction. When the waxing was over the lady told me and I quote, «One sides a little bigger that ok?» I looked in the mirror and realized she had destroyed years of getting the perfect arch and to top it off one side was squared in the front while the other was rounded and yell yes one was half the size as the other. As I left pretty pissed I stopped at Sally’s to get tweezers and eyebrow makeup to off set the horrible damage. Seems for the next few weeks I’m going to look rather surprised due to these eyebrows.

I was visiting the Orlando area and was looking for a placed to get waxed, and Groupon was offering a special at this location. So I booked, made an appt. you can call in or make a appt thru their website. I was scheduled with Johanna who’s was professional and friendly. Pretty and clean salon. This place is also a Dominican salon which is convenient. It’s worth checking out.

I had a Brazilian wax done at Nature Wax. I bought a Groupon for my service, and booked my appointment on their webpage and possible this is where the big problem occurred.
They sent me an email confirming my appointment the day before. While driving there, I was having a hard time finding the salon, so I called the number on the confirmation email and left a voicemail. Then I got a phone call telling me the salon was at a different address and my appointment had been canceled. It turned out there was a conflict between a former partner and the current owner. Then the owner called me and asked if I was still going for my appointment. They wasted a lot of my time but I finally got there 1−½ hour after my scheduled appointment. The next day, the former partner called me and wanted me to call the owner and tell her (lie) she wasn’t trying to cancel my appointment and get me to go to her shop. Of course I didn’t call… the nerve!
As for the service, it was okay, but there were some hairs left behind that should have been removed. Overall, it was really hard to relax after all the confusion.

I’ve been a customer since February 2013. I’ve bee very pleased with all the waxing services I’ve had. They do great eyebrows. The staff is very friendly, the environment is clean and relaxing. They offer online reservations and confirmations. The prices are reasonable. They offer services for men and women. They have salon services as well. Overall a really good place that I can recommend.
