Denny’s

Kassandra needs a different job…
She is horrible; I’ve been in retail for close to 20 years… She shouldn’t be working with people.

Upon my family entering the building I noticed that there was odor in the restaurant. Once I went to the restroom I had to step around puddles of urine on the floor. You know you’re in a bad place when you don’t feel safe to wash your hands in the sink. I reentered the lobby and noticed numerous cigarette butts on the floor. I was telling myself I should leave but at the time the manager was calling us for our table. While he was showing my family to our seats he argued with another customer. We put the stroller in position beside the table he then rudely told us «THIS CANT STAY HERE». Moving The stroller would not have been a problem if he would have use proper customer service. Need not to be said but they lost our business.

After all the years that this location has been serving visitors, you would have thought they would have learned customer service.
There is little friendship, just blank looks at visitors who are truly happy, nay joyous, to be there. Yet all you get are surly looks and you are expected to pay a gratuity when they have not earned anything to be grateful for. Location — great. Food — it’s Dennys, it works. Service — atrocious (truly atrocious). Again, as with so many American restaurant locations, if you don’t want to do this job properly — go do something else and make way for somebody who cares. That goes for the owners also.

We are visiting this Company owned Denny’s for 17 years. As we live in the Channel islands (Guernsey), we don’t have Denny’s there. We know the Staff, the Chefs and the Managers. We don’t use a Menu, as we eat there about every second morning.
For us, the best Denny’s in the whole of the USA. We travel a lot in the States.

Been going there for over 10 years but it is terrible now and has just slowly gone downhill ! The Manager is rude ! But more important the food quality ! Bad atmosphere and food ! Blame it on the Manager ! What a shame.

Terrible service. We walked out after waiting 15 minutes without our drink order even being taken. The waitress, Sarah, couldn’t have cared less.

Came in and got a table after a while.
After 15 minutes we hadnt even gotten to order drinks! And the restaurant was almost empty.
The food might be ok but service isnt.
So i wont come back!

As soon as I approached Denny’s, there was a nice lady who kindly showed us to our table and took our orders
Right after that, there was another kind lady who was a Twister (person who creates balloon animals) and she was great at making art! She made balloon animals for all of us — I got the Hulk
Now the food – it was splendid! Everything was great, my order came on time and it tasted AMAZING! The pancakes, the eggs, the hash browns, chocolate milk — everything was great and it filled us up!
The place was very organized and everyone was kind! I would strongly recommend everyone to visit this Denny’s…They will not disappoint you
Denny’s has earned their ⁵⁄₅ stars for being organized, excellent customer service and it was cheap as well! Loved it and I would definitely come back!

Been to this Denny’s on many occasions when visiting Disney. It’s pretty convenient as its right off of world drive (aka the Disney highway) and it’s not in the heavy tourist area of 192.
This particular visit we stood at the host/​hostess stand for near 10 minutes till anyone acknowledged us and the place was about 90% empty. It appeared that the shifts we changing and people were more concerned with their side work.
Once we sat, our waitress was good and food came in a reasonable amount of time. Standard Denny’s fare, but it hit the spot since we were starving! It’s a better option then many in the area.

My family and I will go here after a long day at the park. The food is pretty good and the service is nice. Whenever we have gotten take out they always get our order right and always give us plenty of napkins, condiments and the portions are pretty filling.
Whenever we eat in service is a bit slower at night but not so much to the point where I want to get up and leave. This place def beats eating mcdonalds and will cost about the same. Food is always good, not awesome but good. :-)

Great place for breakfast! The portions are ample and the service is quick, but not rushed.

Kristy my waitress was great the food was good great my son and I are on vacation and we went here for breakfast it was fast and the prices are reasonable. I’d visit again.

Never had Denny’s before being that I’m from NY. I enjoyed the food a lot. The food came out fast and for the cost it was a great breakfast great surprise. The coffee was the best diner coffee I’ve ever had. I actually bought some to bring back to my hotel. The best bang for your buck when your talking breakfast.

The food came late, cold, and dry. In addition, the cooks were argueing in the kitchen. It gave me bad first impressions about Orlando. Woudlnt eat here again while staying in Orlando.

I don’t know what the people slating this place expect… Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen? I have been here 4 times in the last two years and we have always had really friendly service with a smile. The food came out fast and it’s all american cooked breakfasts to set you up for the day. if you are on a diet forget coming here though.

This Dennys is located on 192 (Irlo Bronson) just west of Sherbeth Rd. This is a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat. It can be busy during high seasons. The staff has always been friendly and attentive and most of the time the food comes out quickly. On a recent visit after being assured that no actually Hobbits would be harmed, I tried the Hobbit Hole breakfast. It was two cheddar biscuits with a hole cut in the center and a fried egg in each. The biscuits were light and flaky and it is served with hash browns covered in bacon and shredded cheese. It was delicious! Those Hobbits really know how to eat! The bathrooms are always clean, but one warning. This is in a tourist area, so bring a hoodie. It always seems like it is 62 degrees inside. It also sells a limited selection of wine and beer.
Bottom line:
Great service
Decent food
Good prices

Average Denny’s experience. Exactly what you’d expect. Good service overall. Good was good, but a little greasy. Love the 2−4−6 menu, started with a pancake puppy sundae for breakfast.

Food was ok… My wrap was broken, the eggs were over cooked, the patatos were cold and I didn’t care for the waitress. This Denny’s sucked.

This is a great Dennys. Consistent great service and food is always well prepared, hot and appetising. Have been using this location for several years and always like to go back.

This review is for service alone. Nicole was our server and she is THE best server I’ve had! She was attentive right from the beginning. We were waiting for a table after a long day at DisneyWorld and we already were losing our patience since no one really acknowledged us.
She came out and took us to a table where the other servers were saying «no, don’t seat them there», but she said she would personally take care of us. And the kicker is, she did take care of us!
She brought our drink orders right away, even apologizing for the different sized cups and promised she’d be back with refills. Then she took our food orders. Checked up with us to make sure everything was all right along with refills of hot chocolate.
When we were ready to go, she brought us to go containers with a bag with all the utensils we might need for our leftovers AND even offered us hot chocolate to go. She was really awesome!
If I came back, I’d ask for Nicole. She does everything with a smile and is so friendly that you can’t help but smile back!
