Description

Specialties

Our mission is to offer a warm comfortable atmosphere for our friends and family to enjoy. We will strive to form lasting relationships with our team members, our guests, and the community. Winfield’s unique open kitchen concept allows you to watch and interact with the chef’s while they work. The sounds, the smells, and the sights of cooking can really help you work up an appetite.

History

Established in 2014.

Winfield’s Gathering Place is Kirkwood’s new dining experience. Owners Mark Winfield and former St. Louis Cardinals player Jimmy Edmonds are no strangers to the restaurant business or the Kirkwood area. The two successfully partnered in launching Jim Edmonds’s Steakhouse now operating as The Precinct in downtown St. Louis and then set their sights on expanding the experience into their neighborhood to share it with their friends and family.

Meet the Business Owner

Mark W.

Business Owner

Mark Winfield, along with former Cardinals baseball player Jim Edmonds, started working together to form Jim Edmond’s Steakhouse and The 15th Precinct. Following the success of both restaurants, Mark wanted to further expand into the restaurant business, so he founded his own restaurant called Winfield’s. He strives to provide a warm and comfortable environment where family and friends can eat and feel like family.
