The trashed wings are out of the world and the staff is super friendly. The main drawback, or plus depending on your perspective, is the bar is very smoky. The food, besides the wings, is standard bar fare.

We love their Spicy Radish Wings! And their pizza is good too! We mostly order pick up. The place is almost always busy. This is a smoker friendly place, however they do have a non smoking area.

The only reason I was there is I have a friend who is in a band. The smoke from the cigarettes AND cigars stays with you for a long time. The food was OK. Waitstaff attentive. But the environment was not made for people who don’t like smoke. And I think they have the band playing too loud FORYOUENDUPYELLINGATTHEPERSONSITTINGNEXTTOYOUALLNIGHT. Might have to try the outside when it gets warmer.

Amazing wing, a must try. Great casual atmosphere. The salads are huge enough to feed two.

Had never been to Fandango’s before. I took my wife without the kids. As soon as we walked through the door, it smelled like a urinal block. And when you enter the actual restaurant, you are completely overcome with the smell of smoke. Because of this, we decided to sit on the patio. And we sat and sat and sat with no one to take care of us. In all actuality, the wait was probably 8 – 10 minutes, but it felt like half an hour. We decided just to leave when a server finally showed up to take care of the other two tables outside. The food might be great, but I highly doubt it.

Had a great time tonight at Fandangos. Very busy inside but still got hot, great tasting food. Lots of fun atmosphere tonight.

The best place to congregate. Cold beer, super service. Darts, pool and great atmosphere. Can’t go wrong here. Food ain’t bad either. Smoking with excellent ventilation. You can’t smell anything.

Good was excellent and a lot! I ordered the Chicken Mudega. The perfect temperature and a healthy portion of pasta to boot. They didn’t get the dirty martini but your local sports bar isn’t supposed to. The price excellent, service wonderful. The only drawback is the smoking. It is the 21st century!

Spicy radish wings are the way to go. The rest of the food is decent too. Just your basic bar foods. Lots of tvs. You can smoke here, so non smokers beware. There are bands sometimes(or used to be?)on the weekends. I’ve been here more than a few times and it always goes well. Depending on your server, you may get some attitude.

Last night I received the worst service of my life from Fandangos. I went to this establishment with 6 other friends. We arrived there at 12:45. Two of my friends bought pitchers as they said it was last call at 12:55. As we were sitting at our table, the lights came on at 1. Shortly after, a bouncer started walking around telling people they needed to finish up. Since the closing time on the door indicated that the bar closed at 1:30, we assumed we had plenty of time to finish our pitchers. Apparently we were wrong! The bouncer then came around a second time at 1:07 and said to us «So ya’ll gonna be difficult are you?» We all looked around in astonishment. We had done nothing wrong to be «difficult» as the bouncer said. A friend of mine spoke up and said, «I’m sorry sir, but your door says you close at 1:30, and right now it’s 1:08.» to which the bouncer replied, «It’s bar time. That clock says 1:30 so you gotta go.» He walked away so we continued to drink our pitchers. He came back around for a third time and attempted to take our beers away, actually putting his hands on our glasses. We asked to speak with the manager who was no help and kept calling us drunk. As we were leaving the bouncer once again ran his mouth telling us we should go to the«A** hole bar.» My experience was very unprofessional and the employees acted in a very disrespectful manner. Needless to say I DONOT recommend this place and will NEVER be going back.

Fandangos is the very essence of a sports bar. 1. Good wings and apps(healthier foods avail. As well)? Check 2. Alcohol? Check 3. Sports on tvs? Check The service is good and workers are friendly. Great sports bar!

Service and quality have definitely gone downhill, while prices have increased. Not sure why. The staff that used to be attentive and friendly is no longer there, employees now are lazy and generally seem annoyed when they actually have to do their job and bring you something. I used to go in 2 – 3 times a week, but as my experience has declined, so has my frequency of visits. I decided to give them another shot when football season started because I wanted to be able to watch all the games at once. While they do have the DirecTV football package, most of their TVs are so small and outdated that it’s impossible to see anything but the two or three games that are on flat screens. They definitely need to update their televisions if they want to continue to draw in customers for sports. Being a sports bar, you’d think that having decent televisions would be a priority, but apparently not. I’m sorry to see them slip so far into mediocrity; they used to be one of my favorite places to take in a beer and a ballgame. Alas, not anymore.

I used to love this place, but in the evening hours, it is a smoky atmosphere, which I can’t stand. They are one of the only places in the area that has pool tables and dart boards, which is nice. Some nights they have live music and some good drink specials.

Come on, people; buck up! I’m a non-smoker, and there is a back room, which is non smoking until 10PM, and has pool tables, food and more TVs. Lotsa sports here. They also have an outside dining patio. The menu is extensive; not expensive. They have steaks, fish, pasta, pizzas and sandwiches. They do have«bar food» and burgers too. I think the service is excellent. Heard the Ruebens are good tonight AND it is trivia night. Give it a try!

I’ve always have a good time here. I usually get the spicy radish wings, which I think are pretty good. I am a pool player and they have three tables in the front and there’s always people willing to play.(Take a look at the 20+ MO8-Ball trophies on the wall. There are some really good players that play here.) I do smoke when I drink, so that part doesn’t bother me. But there is a non-smoking section until 10 pm in the back room, which also has a pool table.

I personally don’t have a bad word to say about Fandango’s. Love everything about the place. Friendly wait staff, good service, good food, good music, diverse crowd. Yes smoking is allowed, which is a downer for most, but for most there are many non smoking places. I have been there many times with several non smoking friends who do not complain about the smoke. I recommend Fandango’s the crowd that likes to sit down and relax, have a good meal or the the crowd that like to drink, smoke and have a night out.

All you need to know: the service is terribly slow and SMOKINGISALLOWED. Patrons do not hesitate to exercise their right to smoke. It’s miserable in there. Otherwise, the Happy Hour prices are great and the food is pretty tasty and generous. The problem you’ll have, if it is even mildly busy, is that you won’t get good table service. So you can drink and eat all you want during Happy Hour for a good price, but the waitresses won’t check on you enough to keep you full on food and drink. With all the other options to drink and watch sports in the immediate area, there is no reason to go to Fandango’s. Unless you want to light up your cancer stick indoors.

Well what can I say about this place… hmmmmm. A group I was with went to Fandago’s last week, we wanted to have some beers, and get together since none of us have hung out in years. We chose Fandango’s(what the hell is a Fandago anyway) since it was close buy and our usual place for good eats(JJTWIGS) was packed wall to wall. Upon entry I pictured myself walking into Harrahs in Vegas… not because there’s gambling or bright lights, but because it’s filled with smoke, and an older clientele. Filled with smoke is an understatement, I probably shortened my life by 5 years at least from spending an evening in Fandago’s. Apparently Fandago’s is the last refuge for the persecuted smoker… On to the food, drink, and what to do’s… Basically our night at FD’s was limited to sitting at a big table and watching the cards game, drinking excessively, and eating cheap wings. The wings… Well they have 22 flavors of wings, which was interesting, and they weren’t that bad. The only disappointing flavor was their Original wings which should have been called ordinary, and not original. Anyhow, one of the great things about this place is their happy hour. They have 50% off apps, and this includes their wings. We ordered 50 wings originally 26.99 for 50% off. Not bad paying 13.50 for 50 wings. The drinks were cheap(during happy hour), and honestly if you are a smoker, then this is a great place to go for a happy hour. If you are looking for a date night… not so much. If it’s guys, or girls night out… not so much. Definitely a good place to play pool, and darts however. One of the biggest downfalls of this bar is that their live music is a DJ, and some awful karaōke. If they put in some beer pong tables, changed the décor a little(kind of VFW Hall-ish, and gloomy) and had a live band in there, this might be a blast; if you don’t mind going home smelling like an ashtray that is. With all this being said, they have their regulars, smoker loyalists, and therefore don’t need a 5 star rating on Unilocal to stay successful. They are a dying breed, a smokey, no frills local bar and grill.

Apparently this is one of the few places that still allow smoking in st. louis county. Didnt see a sign in the front that stated it, however, we walked in anyway. Can’t really rate the food or service since we didnt stay — but it seems like a good place to go if you want to play pool, watch sports and smoke. We attempted to go to the non-smoking side which is completely cut off from everything else, yet still reaks of smoke — so we decided to leave and go across the street to The Corner Pub instead.
