Established in 2004.

Visiting Angels of Kirkland has been providing service to hundreds of clients in North Seattle and the Eastside communities since opening in 2004. We continue to stive to provide the highest quality, and compassionate care to our clients. This is accomplished by our highly skilled and trained staff of caregivers. All our caregivers are screened, referenced checked, bonded and insured. We also have an internal training program to make sure each of our caregivers can provide the best care to each of our clients.

Caring for a loved one, day in and day out without relief, can be a very tough journey. Fortunately, that’s a journey I know well. After caring for my mother the last seven months of her life, while also caring for my stepfather who had dementia, I came to highly respect and empathize with the tasks of caregivers. Without their help, I don’t think I would have survived that difficult time.

It was this experience that brought me to researching and buying a Visiting Angels franchise. I hold the vision of giving back to the community and supporting seniors in our area.

Thanks to longer work days, as well as chidcare responsibilities, working families, especially those in the «sandwich generation» have less time to spend caring for their aging parents, which has created a real crisis in America. Visiting Angels solves that problem by providing non-​medical senior care in the home of the elderly client or the family who cares for the elder. In that respect, we do serve as angels.
