Have been here at least 4 times. I have found that if you go with yourself and one other person service is reasonable. If you go with a party bigger than 4, its unbelievably slow. The food is okay so it doesn’t really make up for the slow service. Honestly, I probably won’t be going back.

I have visited a few times. I loved their happy hour menu. I had their blueberry mojito, veggie burger, and house made chips. It’s all amazing. On two different occasions, our server was extremely busy and we had difficulty trying to flag our server down for attention.

The only reason they get two stars is because of the bloody mary. Disgusting breakfast and i feel like a hostage because the game is still on and I have to stay here and finish it. All of our orders were messed up and quality of food was below average.

The first time we went to The Lodge I thought it was ok and my boyfriend thought it was amazing. He went on and on about it to anyone who would listen. The second time we were both unimpressed. When our burgers arrived mine was a disgusting soggy mess, so bad I couldn’t eat it. The waitress offered to have it remade. While I waited I nibbled the cold fries and watched my boyfriend complain bitterly about his soggy mess. When my new burger came out I appreciated the fine quality of the meat and bacon but not that the kitchen decided I didn’t need anything other than meat, cheese and bacon on my burger. Oh well, I ate and complained while my boyfriend watched. No. We will not be back. They did give me $ 10 off.

This is two stars instead of one because the food was decent, but the service was horrible. The waitress took half an hour to get us a booster seat for a baby, and messed up the order as well. Service was shoddy AND super slow.

Food not bad, actually the best I’ve had in a sports bar. Service is horrible however. Asked for a soup, never came. Ordered an artichoke dip to be brought before the food, never came. Waited more than 30 minutes for the drinks. Even to pay the bill We had to wait. A shame. And they charged me for the stuff that never made the table. A shame. I actually like the place. If only service was better!

My friend and I came in yesterday.(She is a regular at the Mill Creek Location) And we had unpleasant experience at this location. I won’t get in to too much detail, but this unpleasant experience lead me to call this morning to talk to the manager(which was there yesterday) … and WOW… Amazing Customer service! We came to conclusion that is was just a miscommunication thing, but how he handled everything was classy, sweet, and just amazing. He made a bad experience turn into an amazing experience. I don’t care if things got messed up, because I know they will handle it flawlessly. He was a sweetheart! :)

Great beer on tap! Burger was very«well» done when asked for medium rare. Waitress was inattentive and didn’t care to see how we’re doing even though she walked by us 15 times. Service is everything people. I would overlook the bad burger if the service was good. But 1+1 = unhappy customer.

Average quality food, but the service is very poor. As a resident of Kirkland I want local places to thrive but I would urge you to spend your money elsewhere. Hopefully this place tanks quickly so it can be replaced by an establishment that cares about its customers. The waiter told us the service sucks because the owners are cheap asses who dont care about service. It shows. I waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to come take my order, then waited 25 minutes for a $ 13 burger that didnt stand up to jack in the box.

I tend to be positive in my reviews but this time I can’t even go to two stars due to the service alone. We had to flag down our waiter every time we needed anything who always seemed put out. When we walked in it was empty and by the time he finally took our order it was packed and so he told me that it would be a while to get our food… Which was mediocre at best. This is my third experience with this type of service. I will not be coming back.

I met an old friend here for drinks on a recent Friday. We couldn’t decide if we wanted a full dinner, or just appetizers, so we ended up at a booth in the dining area, rather than at the bar, where we probably should have been. The booth was super comfy, though, so we settled in. The drink selections are fabulous — they have about a zillion beers on tap(give or take), and what was especially nice was that the server really knew what they were. My friend had trouble deciding what he wanted, and the server was able to query him about tastes, and then they had a lengthy discussion of hops, and then he ordered a beer and was quite happy with the selection. I’m much easier in that regard — I ordered a mojito, then discovered I had a choice of flavors and told the server to surprise me, which he did. Coconut. YUM. We ordered appetizers and it was a bit more hit or miss. I chose the spinach and artichoke dip, which was weirdly watery and served with tortilla chips that were out of place and nothing special. Disappointing. My friend ordered the quesedillas, though, and they were fabulous — crispy on the outside, with flavorful filling. The rest of the menu seems to be mostly burgers, which I guess isn’t surprising given the name. I’m on the fence about whether this is a three– or four-star rating, primarily because of the one disappointing appetizer. But I think any place that lets people monopolize a booth as long as we did — just checking in periodically, but never pushily, to see if we needed anything — deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Good food but my vegetarian friend specifically ordered no bacon in his Mac and cheese and didn’t tell us until later when he discovered 3 bites deep his 4 year vegetarian Mac and cheese spree was over…

Not sure why this place has so few stars… we’re duck fans from Oregon and the entire staff was genuinely nice. OR they fooled us ;). There were six of us and we were looking for a table where everyone could watch football, so they walked us to the back and opened tables that still had chairs stacked. We had several requests from the food to the beverages to the games on tv, and they never once complained. The food was simple, but delicious. They have a decent beer selection as well as cider. Bonus for the awesome Pac 12 burger menu! Thanks for the awesome service… go ducks! m

Sat at the bar and an NFL game was on. The volume was loud, couldn’t imagine having a conversation over the sound. They have a large selection of beers on tap. Ordered the Arrachera Grilled Steak which was very tasty and cooked perfectly to order.

Good sports bar. They have a number of TVs and they are willing to change the channel on one of them if there is a game you want to watch. The service is slow because for such a large bar area they didn’t seem to have enough staff covering it. 1 bartender is not enough. The bar snack are good enough and the huge beer selection will help get you a beer you would like. Have a fun time there.

We had a groupon, so we stopped here. We ordered drinks and it took a good 20 – 25 minutes to get them to our table. We also had the mozzarella bread. It was ok, the actual bread tasted like it was store bought. For dinner I had the wazzu burger. This burger was really good. It was cooked well and it had grilled apples on it. Also at our table we had the French dip, which was ok. We had asked for some extra horseradish, but the waitress forgot. My sister had a chicken burger which was on the dry side. My mom had a spicy jalapeño burger which was also pretty tasty. If you order something here, I would probably stick with a burger, I think it’s what they’re known for. I’m not sure I would rush back here, but for the most part the food was pretty good, service was OK.

Dope spot with a bunch of TVS and their sweet potato fries are the best here! I don’t know where else you could go to get crunchy and perfectly cooked sweet potato fries. For real!

Tried them for an early Mother’s Day lunch with my daughter a day before Mother’s Day. The ambience was nice and they have a pretty large seating area which is open to one side on warm afternoons. They were not very busy but still chose to seat us in the booth area. They were really dark, we couldn’t even see each other and we were disappointed that we could not enjoy the sunshine. The service was friendly but a little chaotic for a half empty restaurant. Since it was a very warm day, we did not want to order the burgers that they are known for. I ordered a Grilled pear and Gorgonzola chicken sandwich with a side of wedge salad and my daughter ordered the chicken tacos. Both entrees turned out pretty average. My wedge salad side was served on the same plate swimming in a blue cheese dressing with large bits of hard bacon and small candied pecans randomly strewed on top. I love blue cheese but this was really bad. The sandwich was flavorless as the sweet pear, bland chicken and tiny amount of Gorgonzola were just sitting on a large bun with no pizazz of a sauce to pull them together. Given that this dish costs $ 19 with tax for lunch, it’s pretty poorly done! The 3 chicken tacos($ 11) were dry and there was a minuscule amount of meat in them. The chips were not warm and the salsa was out of a jar. Disappointing food! The burgers that were being carried out looked a little better. Probably won’t return as there are better pubs out there! And I forgot to mention that as my daughter walked by the kitchen to go to the restroom the male servers openly stared at her up and down, I was revolted as was she. I’ve never seen any restaurant servers to stare so rudely at customers. After reading other reviews, it seems this behavior is not discouraged here. Even more disappointing!

**HH review only** We ordered the fajita quesadilla($ 7) to share since we had dinner plans with friends in Seattle. It was filling but not at all worth purchasing again even during happy hour. This is normally an $ 8.95 appetizer & it was nothing special so I’ll just keep it at that. We didn’t see our server/bartender a great deal during our time there. It took a few minutes, after our food came out, to find someone, anyone to bring utensils & napkins to our table. The beers were good but they weren’t always what we ordered. Waiting for the bartender to come around to switch them out was taking too long so we let it go. If there’s a better HH option in the neighborhood that you know of, then go there. This sports bar just isn’t worth checking out.

I have been here a few times now for mostly HH. Their HH menu looks pretty affordable and contains a variety of different items, but the food you actually get is quite bad. Very small portions and not very good tasting. Their rotating taps list again looks great but they’re usually out of most of the beers on that list. Last night, they were out of the first 4 beers I was hoping to try on the list. Servers were… alright. Venue is pretty cool and they did a good job utilizing a rather small square footage. Compared to the Lodge at the Stadium, this location is much much smaller. Street parking is plenty available. It was quite full last night(Monday night around 9pm). Amex is accepted.
