I was headhunted by Susan herself and found it a great experience, especially since there’s not a lot of headhunting going on in construction accounting and it definitely worked on my ego. yeah, pathetic, I know. Anyway, she really takes the time to get to know you as a person as well as a jobhunter because the truth is she charges companies a LOT of money for her services and the fit between employee and employer has to be dead on. She only recruits in the construction, engineering and manufacturing fields and she and her staff have endless amounts of tact and discretion, because a lot of people, like me, already have jobs when they’re recruited. She even set up after hours interviews. She also does coaching. If you’re looking for a job in those fields, she’d be the first person I would call.
