From the time I went in for the estimate the people at Showcase were very helpful. They were able to do the work in two days and when I picked my car up it was the cleanest it’s been, inside and out, since it came out of the factory. The body work is great. I thought the price was reasonable. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again, but if I need to, I’ll go to Showcase for sure.

Poor customer service and really slow turnaround time for basic work. The repairs they did were adequate but honestly these body shops are a dime a dozen so it goes down to whoever provides a better experience. Insurance paid for it but I’ll definitely be going to another one of the supported shops next time

When our car was rear-​ended, we scheduled an inspection with Showcase Collison.
They gave a fair estimate, worked with our insurance, and reserved a rental car for us.
They are super knowledgeable about how insurance works, what you’ll pay, and what they’ll bill to your insurance.
Their staff is super friendly, accommodating, and very centered on making your experience terrific.
I would highly recommend using Showcase Collision for any body work needed. They rock!!!

I was referred here by a friend when I «accidentally» got a few scratches on my car. I brought my car down and talked to Ricky. He gave me a really good estimate that I couldn’t pass up. He was very professional & told me I could bring my car back in a few days & he would just take the piece off my car that needed to be repainted, so I could still drive my car & wouldn’t need a rental. He got the piece done & painted in a timely fashion. When I went back to get the piece he put it back on with a quickness too!!! Him & his staff were all so friendly every time I was there. I would definitely recommend going here! !

We have done two minor projects with Showcase auto and have been very pleased with both the quality of work and timeliness. A few years back, we had a custom spoiler put together for our Porsche — which looks awesome — and more recently, we had to have the back fender flare for our SUV repainted after some nasty scrapes and scratches that occurred in a parking garage. We were originally concerned we would have to replace the entire part but the Showcase team was able to take the part, remove the existing paint and/​or buff out the scratches where necessary, and then the matched the color and repainted. The part is back on the car and it looks like the incident never occurred! Friendly folks as well and we will continue to go back to them for future projects.

Took my beloved Lincoln in after getting rearended. Could not be happier with the quality of the work and the customer service is outstanding. When Enterprise Car Rental left me waiting in their parking lot for over 30 minutes (the time was scheduled previously) Alika came out several times and offered me a ride to work, as I was seriously late.
I challenge anyone to find fault in the repair or paint job. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I will go back with out hesitation.

Well guess what? I’ve been rear ended again and I DO need them again. I’ll update after my experience.

They came in about $ 600 cheaper than 2 other places I received estimates from and Aleka the estimator was very gracious and helpful in explaining the details around the work to be performed and even though it took a couple of days more than originally estimated, the cost was right on estimate and the quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone seeking auto refinishing or body work.

Just had my baby repaired here. They were friendly and courteous and did the job faster than promised. And… Beautiful. Good as new, I could not be happier. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because they could not take care of the windshield repair.

Unless insurance is paying the shop, don’t go here. I had received payment from my insurance company in advance, and paid Showcase after the work was done. It took over 2 months to get may car back, and I had to pitch a fit to get it back at all. I was so relieved to have my car back I didn’t bother to return to have them remove the overspray on my window glass, or to peel off the tint that was on the window they replaced.
The quality of the work was good enough for me, but under the bright lights of another shop the repainted areas were visible to a trained eye. My real complaint was they made my car the lowest priority because they didn’t think it would impact future business — they probably behave themselves when Insurance Companies are handling the repairs.
Two factors that may mitigate this — this happened several years ago, so things could have changed for the better. Also, a lot of work was done, including the replacement of one subframe piece. The subframe issues were actually fixed in the first couple weeks — after that was fixed they put my car outside and let it sit.

Was referred here by my insurance company. If it makes no difference to you, ALWAYS take an insurance referral because they are able to pay your body shop much faster. If you take it outside, the insurance company will probably take at least a week longer just to start repairs.
In short, they were pretty good. The staff was always really nice and they kept my car longer than they had to and didn’t charge me storage because I had a death in the family. Very courteous and professional.
They failed, however, to properly notify me that the estimated completion date on repairs had moved back a few days (I had to call them the afternoon of the day they said it’d be done). They also tried to tell me when they gave me my car back that the «check engine» light that was on was maintenance related when I knew damn well it wasn’t. Finally upon explaining to them that it was a throttle problem, they admitted it hadn’t been rewired correctly and had to take it back for another day to correct it.
Very professional but missing that extra «wow factor» you really need in a good body shop.
